***Important note about class balance***
This salsa class is free, which means we cannot control or guarantee the balance between leaders and followers in advance. We also cannot predict exactly who will show up on the day.
For that reason, **admission to the class will be** **based on arrival time**.
*Once the class reaches maximum capacity, with a balanced number of participants, we may not be able to let more people join.*
We understand this can sometimes be frustrating, but this is the fairest way for us to keep the class balanced, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.
Please arrive on time to secure your spot.
***I am in the waiting list. Should I still come to the class?***
We try to keep the classes as balanced as possible, so if we notice we are getting too many leaders/followers we move people around to waitlist.
Sadly not everyone who signed up attends the class, so you can always still show up and see if there is a shortage of leaders/followers.
***Want to increase your odds to get a spot for the class?***
Then we highly suggest to come with a partner (leader+follower), as we always give them priority.
***Why am I in the waiting list I was earlier/first?***
There is two reasons, either you have attended the class before or, more likely, you didn't show up to a class you signed up for before.
Our classes are free, we do this as volunteers and because we love to introduce people to dancing.
***When you take a spot and don't cancel your attendance in a timely manner or at all it means you took a spot that someone else would have gladly taken, so we kindly ask you to change your RSVP accordingly.***

DOMINGO MATINAL DE PÁDEL para TÓDOS LOS NIVELES en Wellness Point ZAL
¡Bienvenid@ a la Matinal de pádel de los DOMINGOS!
Toda la mañana jugando a pádel, partidos nivelados con descansos. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4).
**TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador.
**Horario: Domingo de 10:00h a 14:00h**. Como no es un evento de plazas limitadas puedes venir mas tarde o marcharte antes, sino quieres jugar toda la mañana.
**Precio de la actividad: 16€/persona** el mismo día del evento en el centro.

This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
