**Event Sponsor:** Communardo Gmbh
Cloud Native Vienna: March 2026 Meetup
Cloud Native Vienna: March 2026 Meetup
KubeCon is around the corner, and to get you in the mood for this, you get the next **Cloud Native Vienna Meetup** \- and this time\, we’re stepping into the "Upside Down\." Join us at [karriere.at](karriere.at) for an evening of deep-dive technical sessions and high-bandwidth networking. Whether you're hunting for Demogorgons in your logs or just trying to scale your Internal Developer Platform, we’ve got you covered. Agenda: * 17:30 - Doors Open * 17:55 - Welcome from the Organizers * 18:00 - Talk 1: Manav Singh ([karriere.at](www.karriere.at)) - homelabbing@karriere.at - Enabling Devs to Break the Cloud * 18:45 - Break / Networking * 19:00 - Talk 2: Andi Grabner ([Dynatrace](www.dynatrace.com)) - Stranger Platform Engineering: The Two Sides of Observability in Your IDP * 19:45 - Networking \-\-\- Manav Singh **Homelabbing@karriere.at - Enabling Devs to Break the Cloud** \-\-\-\- Andi Grabner **Stranger Platform Engineering: The Two Sides of Observability in Your IDP** Your Internal Developer Platform lives in two worlds. In the **Right Side Up**, developers rely on self‑service observability to build, deploy, operate and debug their apps. In the **Upside Down**, the platform itself must be observable to ensure its reliability, performance, and to understand usage patterns and adoption. **The twist?** these two worlds are not separate. Improving observability *of* the platform directly improves the observability *for* the applications built on top of it. Just like in *Stranger Things*, observability becomes the force that connects both realities—creating feedback loops, strengthening the platform’s foundations, and enabling teams to spot issues before they cross between worlds. This talk reveals why mastering both sides of observability is essential for any modern IDP. Expect real-world examples, a few supernatural analogies, and practical guidance you can bring back to your platform team—no Demogorgon hunting required

Create a fulfilling life - TeaCircle
Create a fulfilling life - TeaCircle
We can still save a few more spots 🪷 Just text the host or join this WhatsApp group: https://chat.whatsapp.com/GmcaSqxOKqrKBeQVkKK2AW?mode=gi_t This Tea Circle is a space to slow down, connect, and explore a deeper sense of fulfillment together. With a cup of tea, guided reflection, and authentic conversation, we create a moment to reconnect with ourselves and each other. **The theme of this tea circle is:** *What does it truly mean to live a fulfilling life?* Not just successful. Not just productive. But whole. In our fast-paced world many high-performing people achieve a lot, yet still feel something is missing. We are chasing for “more”, often without knowing, what “more” really means to us. Some are chasing healing, assuming they are broken. Some are chasing success, assuming it makes them more valuable. Some are chasing certainty, assuming it makes them more safe. We all experience at some point of our life that we are acting from an inner misconception of incompletion. “Not enough”, “too much”, “not yet”, are all famous expressions of that. The truth is, chasing in the pursuit of fulfillment is like pouring water into a broken bucket. **What to expect:** During the evening we will: • explore the theme Fulfillment & Wholeness • reflect on questions guiding towards deeper insights • connect through guided conversation rounds **Who this is for you, if you are interested in:** • making meaningful connections • personal development & wellbeing • insightful conversations Entrepreneurs, creatives, founders, professionals, and curious minds are all welcome. **Contribution**: 10 € + a beverage order at the restaurant **Reflection theme for this circle:** *Fulfillment & Wholeness* Questions we may explore: • What does fulfillment actually mean to you? • Where in life do you feel most aligned? • What would living more fully look like? You are always free to share as much or as little as you like. **Event flow:** Arrival & welcome Breath, tea orders Guided reflection rounds Closing integration Casual conversations if you would like to stay longer **About Libatea** Libatea is a community exploring liberation through reflection, conversation, and community. We host weekly tea circles and monthly masterminds that bring together thoughtful people interested in personal growth, wellbeing, and meaningful connection. **Join our WhatsApp Group:** [https://chat.whatsapp.com/GmcaSqxOKqrKBeQVkKK2AW?mode=gi_t](https://chat.whatsapp.com/GmcaSqxOKqrKBeQVkKK2AW?mode=gi_t) **Why tea?** Tea rituals have been used for centuries to create presence and connection. By slowing down and sharing tea together, we create a simple but powerful setting for connection, reflection and insight. If the 10 seats are full, send a message to the host Bella, you may still be able to join us! :)

B. CBusData - Discover the Power of Window Functions
CBusData - Discover the Power of Window Functions
Window functions have nothing to do with the Windows operating system but provide a “window” to a result set when used in SQL queries. They are powerful, set-based methods to view data in unexpected ways. Window functions provide easy, set-based solutions to solve some common problems: * Using running totals * Performing operations in intervals * Identifying data gaps and islands * Performing aggregates without losing detail Many people are confused by window functions and do not know how to use them properly. This session will explore window functions, how they work, and how to use them. Demonstrations with several examples will solidify how window functions can simplify queries and make them more powerful.

Humanist Program: Fighting the Efforts to Insert Religion into Public Education
Humanist Program: Fighting the Efforts to Insert Religion into Public Education
The Humanist Monthly Program is our longest running event and still a community favorite. In the old days it used to be called "Going to HCCO" and we still like to think of it as our flagship event. Food and drinks will be provided at the event. Feel free to show up a little bit early to hang out and talk. Our March speakers are Molly Gaines and Zack Parrish, co-organizers of the Secular Education Association: They will share their story of how a small group of Ohio parents grew into a national organization tracking released-time religious instruction and other church–state issues in public schools. The presentation will cover SEA’s early wins and hard lessons, what we’re seeing nationally right now, and how local advocates can play a meaningful role in protecting public education. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the landscape — and practical ways to get involved. Going forward our meetings will be hybrid.
