These Kundalini Yoga classes offer a space to explore this connection through **movement, breathwork, meditation, and sound**. The practice gently guides us from the thinking mind into a deeper state of presence, supporting clarity, grounding, and inner alignment. The 1st Saturday of the month is not an in-person meet-up, but on zoom. All people and all levels welcome, including beginners, whom we are happy to help get started (although we don't run classes). No charge. All you need is some yarn and a crochet hook or a pair of knitting needles. We are very friendly so don't be shy.
