En esta sesión vamos a trabajar con mayor profundidad la Presencia con materiales como arcilla, colores, música, etc. Allí no aceleramos para buscar un resultado, sino para experimentar el proceso. ¿Cómo trabajamos la Presencia? Durante el taller, la creación con barro será también a la vez una práctica integrada de atención y presencia. Mientras dibujamos y modelamos, iremos cultivando una actitud de observación amable: prestando atención a lo que ocurre en el cuerpo, las emociones y los pensamientos, sin necesidad de cambiar nada ni llegar a conclusiones, dejando a un lado ideas fijas, expectativas y juicios. Habrá momentos de compartir en grupo, donde pondremos palabras a la experiencia tal como se está viviendo ahora, en contacto con la arcilla y con las demás personas. En este taller exploraremos métodos como rollitos, placas, pellizcos y moldeo, combinando conocimientos técnicos con la expresión personal y el contacto directo con la arcilla.** **Durante el proceso se realizarán piezas utilitarias y simbólicas, tales como tazones, cuencos y platos, incorporando motivos precolombinos y trabajando acabados en engobe, poniendo especial atención en la forma, la superficie y el lenguaje visual de las culturas ancestrales.** **Trabajaremos con arcilla de baja temperatura, conociendo los materiales y componentes fundamentales de la cerámica, así como técnicas de acabado tradicionales como el pulido y los engobes. In this workshop, we will explore methods such as **coil building, slab construction, pinch techniques, and hand molding**, combining technical knowledge with personal expression and direct contact with clay. Throughout the process, participants will create **functional and symbolic pieces**—such as bowls, vessels, and plates—incorporating pre-Columbian motifs and working with **slip finishes**, with special attention to form, surface, and the visual language of ancestral cultures. The process invites an understanding of each piece from its form to its surface, valuing the time of making, the relationship with the material, and artisanal work. Será un encuentro en el que trabajaremos con arcilla utilizando ténicas manuales básicas para crear piezas que podrán llevarse crudas o dejarlas para buscarlas más adelante ya listas. Acompaño como profe ese momento, guiando y asistiendo en lo que necesiten.

La idea es compartir un momento con gente nueva o con amigxs, al aire libre y al sol, relajarnos y conectarnos con el hacer manual. La gloria para un sábado.

The more advanced will be free to create and those with experience throwing would be welcome to use my wheel (to be reserved in advance).
