Join us on 14–15 March for an intimate homecoming into your wholeness. What: A monthly embodied gathering — movement, energy practices, and sacred intimacy Theme: Self-trust, flow & contained boundaries When: 14–15 March Where: Zambujal (close to Meco) For whom: anyone curious about embodiment and presence Small circle — limited places. I love. I trust. - monthly gathering A weekend exploring the living relationship between self-trust, flow, and boundaries. Without self-trust, boundaries wobble. Without contained boundaries, flow floods. Without loving flow, boundaries become rigid. We work through movement and embodiment practices, direct experiential exercises, energy-based work (at times inspired by qigong), and relational sacred intimacy practices. There will be guided exploration, individual reflection, partner exercises, and structured group integration. The space is held with clarity and loving care. No performance, no fixing — just direct experience and embodied inquiry. Bringing your presence is enough. Facilitated by Mack Price & Cremilde Almeida
