This interactive roundtable explores the confidence challenges many women face throughout their careers, the isolation that can come from believing you're the only one experiencing them, and the power of community in changing that narrative. Through candid discussion and shared experiences, participants will explore how to advocate for themselves, build trusted support networks, seek mentorship, navigate professional challenges, and support other women along the way. At its core, this conversation is rooted in a simple belief: there is room for all of us. Success is not a limited resource, and leadership is not about earning one of a few available seats. It is about building bigger tables, pulling up more chairs, and creating opportunities for others as we grow. This is not a lecture. It is a conversation.
