Would you like to join our group at The Spotted Horse’s pub quiz on Wednesday evening? Putney Social Group has reserved seating for 8. This group event has prizes on offer including a £50 bar tab for the winning group and a golden question jackpot! It consists of 50 general knowledge questions with a break halfway. This is a very popular event, and regularly enjoys capacity attendance. The charge is £2 cash or QR code payable to the pub’s quizmaster. Please aim to arrive at 7:30pm as the quiz starts at about 8pm. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot attend. By way of information, wheelchair access is available at the right-hand side of the venue and the venue also has accessible toilets available on the ground floor. We hold two pub evenings a month on the first and third Wednesdays, with all the other Wednesdays being virtual pub evenings. We also normally have a monthly quiz on the last Wednesday of the month, during the virtual pub evening, at about 9pm, where a different member of our group prepares the questions and answers to be used each month. This means that tonight is a virtual pub evening but incorporating a quiz. Contact Roland in advance, preferably by e-mail, so that he can send you a link to click on at the start of the meeting. Please note the different arrangements for the first and third Wednesdays of the month.

Join OverBoard to play the brilliant social deduction game Blood on the Clocktower in person at the incredible board game cafe Otter Chaos in Brixton. This session will be geared towards players that have more experience with the game (to give the opportunity to play more advanced scripts) but we will always find ways to accommodate you if you are new to the game. Please note that a gaming cover charge of \~£5 will be payable by each attendee to the venue so that we can make use of the space. We also encourage you to buy food and drink from the bar so we are supporting the business (I can highly recommend their pizzas!) The Forge does have a full bar and kitchen. There is no cover charge but they do request all attendees to purchase a minimum of ~20 per person. Soft drink refills are 1 each. Please support our hosts so we can continue to provide great events for the group! The Forge has a large library of games available for us to enjoy. Hosts and regulars will also provide numerous popular games but please bring any games you would like to teach and/or play. Doors open at 6, and we expect gaming to be rolling by around 630. Please promptly end your games and clear out the space at 10pm when the bar closes. We encourage socializing but do not permit disruptive behavior of any kind. Thank you for your continued commitment to providing a fun and welcoming space to veteran, newbie, and rookie gamers in the Columbus area. Parking can sometimes fill esrly. There is additional parking lot behind the neighboring Mexican restaurant that is free and easy to walk from but it's a bit hidden.

Dodgeball is back again! If you’ve been wanting to come out, this is an easy one to join. We’ll be playing for about 1.5 to 2 hours, you do not need to bring any equipment, and no experience is needed. We use a specific set of rules and equipment to make the games run better and keep them fun for everybody, not just people who already know how to play. If it rains, the event will be canceled.
