We work with rhythm, balance, and responsiveness to build trust and clear physical dialogue. We'll add a fresh layer to Contact Improvisation practice by bringing in **Capoeira Angola kicks**—not as strikes, but as new ways to enter weight-sharing, redirect momentum, and expand how you communicate through movement. Expect clear tools, playful exchanges, and a few “oh wow that worked” moments. These workshops are open to anyone interested in exploring movement as a way to deepen body awareness, improve mobility and enjoy dancing in connection with others.
