Behind The Curtain
"Behind the Curtain" is a
women’s group built around real conversations and genuine connection. It’s a place where you can show up as yourself, talk about the things that actually matter, and feel truly heard — without pressure and without judgment.
We intentionally leave work, small talk and our phones at the door, making space instead for honest stories, thoughtful questions and meaningful connection. To keep the space intimate and make sure everyone has room, spots for each gathering are limited.
While each event stands on its own, the hope is that familiar faces will return over time, allowing trust to grow and real friendships to form. Whether you come with something on your heart or simply to hold space for others, you’re welcome here exactly as you are.
Zertifizierter VSM Coach – Seminar am 22., 24. und 30. April 2026

Philosophical Minds Reading - Kant
**Join us for the premier of a collective reading & text discussion session!**
Immanuel Kant (1724–1804) is one of the central figures of Western philosophy, known above all for his work on reason, autonomy, and moral judgment. His 1784 essay *Beantwortung der Frage: Was ist Aufklärung?* is short — a few pages — but precise in a way that rewards slow, careful reading.
For this session, we do exactly that: read the text together, paragraph by paragraph, in the tradition of a philosophy seminar. What does Kant mean by *Unmündigkeit* — the self-incurred immaturity he sees all around him? Where does he draw the line between the public and private use of reason, and does that distinction hold? These are not rhetorical questions; they are ones the text itself invites us to sit with.
It can serve as perfect preparation for the May event.
**Text access:**
Please bring a copy of the text in your preferred format and language with you. Recommended versions are
\- German original: [Kant, Immanuel, Beantwortung der Frage: Was ist Aufklärung](http://www.zeno.org/Philosophie/M/Kant,+Immanuel/Beantwortung+der+Frage:+Was+ist+Aufkl%C3%A4rung)
\- English Translation: [An Answer to the Question: What is Enlightenment? by Immanuel Kant 1784](https://www.marxists.org/reference/subject/ethics/kant/enlightenment.htm) or [this version](https://sites.evergreen.edu/politicalshakespeares/wp-content/uploads/sites/226/2015/12/Kant-A-response-to-the-question-What-is-Enlightenment.pdf)
**Meeting point:**
We meet at the main entrance of the **main building of the University of Zurich** and will find a place either in the wonderful Lichthof or on the terrace (depending on the weather). If you can't make it on time but still want to join, reach out to the host.
**For our reading events in general:**
Whether this format is new to you or a long-missed return to university seminars, you're warmly welcome. Bring a copy of the text in any language or edition you prefer — the reading itself is our guide.
Important: When you register for the event, please commit to it and **don't be a NO SHOW**. Presumably, when the old Stoics decided to go to an event, they kept to it ;)
We look forward to seeing you

Beachvolley for Beginners at Sportplatz Buchlern 🏐
Hello everyone,
Since it might be sunny, I changed the location to Zürich Buchlern. Therefore, we will also get 2 fields (court 1 & 2) 🤗
During this event, you’ll have the chance to meet new people, play friendly matches and learn the basic techniques, if you wish.
This event is aimed at everyone that has never played before or a long time ago and is not sure to be able to pass the ball properly over the net or to someone. If you think you're comfortable playing, I invite you to join the advanced events of Marius: [https://www.meetup.com/meetup-group-avsypajv/.](https://www.meetup.com/meetup-group-avsypajv/.)
**Tips:**
\- Bring a water bottle \(there's a drinking fountain next to the courts\)
\- Bring **sunglasses**, sunscreen and a cap
\- The courts can usually be watered\, except in rare cases \- so it's good to bring suitable socks if it's hot
**Practical details and participation conditions:**
\- A small contribution is required for court rental and other organisational expenses\, please pay before the event via TWINT at \+41784053495 by **writing your name and date of the event** or cash the day of the event.
\- For any inquiries\, please **only message me on Meetup**
\- Please only sign up through Meetup for an easier organisation
\- Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance if you can’t make it\, so others can sign up or I can reschedule the session
\- If you don't cancel and do not show\, cover your share to keep it fair for everyone\.
\- If it's raining\, the event will be cancelled as it's difficult to book 2 indoor beach courts\.
**Price per person:** CHF 6.5
**!No shows!**
Lately, there has been quite some no-shows. Therefore, I remind you to sign out 24 hours before the event if you're not sure to come. So that people in the waiting list can join instead. The court is not free, any no-show means wasted cost. In case of a no-show and no payment, I have no choice but to impeach you from signing up again by excluding you from the group 😣

The Release Ritual
A Breathwork Experience 🤍
🌿 The Release Ritual
A Breathwork Experience 🤍
There are things we carry that words don’t always reach.
Emotions we’ve pushed down. Tension we’ve learned to hold. Stories we haven’t fully released.
This is your space to let go.
The Release Ritual is a guided breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release what’s been building inside, and gently come back to a place of calm, clarity, and inner safety.
Whether you’re moving through a breakup, feeling overwhelmed, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself, this space is here for you 🌸
🌿 What to Expect
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and supportive space where you can gently transition out of your day and into yourself.
We’ll begin with a soft guided meditation, allowing your body to settle and your mind to slow down, creating the foundation for a deeper experience.
From there, we open a sharing circle.
This is a safe, judgment-free space where you’re invited to share if you feel called to, or simply listen and be held in the presence of others.
Before we begin the breathwork, the facilitator will clearly guide you through the technique, explaining everything you need to feel comfortable, safe, and supported throughout the session.
You will then be guided into a deep breathwork journey. A powerful yet gentle process that helps you access and release what may be stored within your body.
During this journey, there will be a guided moment of deep emotional release, where you are invited to fully let go and express what has been held inside.
This is often where many participants experience a sense of lightness, clarity, and emotional freedom.
After the breathwork, we move into integration time, a quiet space to rest, reflect, and allow your body to process everything that has shifted.
You’ll also have the opportunity for gentle journaling, helping you anchor your experience and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
🌸 What’s included
• Guided breathwork session
• Meditation & integration
• Journaling time
• Optional sharing circle
• A safe, supportive, judgment-free space
• A small goodie bag to take a piece of the experience home with you
• Tea and snacks during your journaling session
💫 This experience is for you if…
• You feel like you’ve been holding a lot inside
• You’re moving through emotional overwhelm or a life transition
• You want to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level
• You’re ready to release, reset, and breathe again
🤍 A space held with care
You will be guided and supported throughout the entire session by an experienced facilitator, ensuring you feel safe, held, and free to move through your experience in your own way.
No prior experience with breathwork is needed.
For any questions don’t hesitate to message me 🩷
Wit love,
Lucia 💞

You will need to scan your ID at the door to get a visitor badge.
**Abstract**
GitHub Copilot is powerful, but what if you could scale from a solo AI assistant to an entire team of specialized agents working in parallel? This session introduces Squad: an open-source framework for multi-agent orchestration that lets you define teams of AI agents with specific roles, responsibilities, and expertise.
We'll progress from Copilot basics to the Copilot CLI, explore how Agents add autonomy, and see how Instructions and Skills let you customize agent behavior. Then, the climax: a live demo where a Squad team of 3 agents (Lead, Developer, Tester) stands up and builds a working application in real-time, showcasing true multi-agent collaboration.
Whether you're new to AI or exploring how to scale your use of Copilot, this session will show you what's possible when agents work as a team.
