Christina is a yoga teacher with over 10 years of personal practice. She is a 200-hour RYT certified teacher. Beside yoga she teaches head and handstands workshops. She is from Greece and she loves practicing yoga in nature and by the sea at sunrise and sunset.
She is joining the Yanantin tribe and will give a 1h head stand workshop on the 14th of March.
Drawing from a long personal journey with inversions, this 60-minute Headstand Preparation Workshop explores gentle and safe ways to prepare for headstand.
We’ll focus on building strength and stability, working with shoulders, core, and hips, creating a strong, supportive foundation.
This practice is not about performance, but about awareness — an invitation to explore inversions with patience and presence.

Step into an afternoon of creativity, mindful movement, and soulful connection at our *Awakening: A Spring Creative Retreat* . Inspired by the renewal of spring, this retreat invites you to slow down, explore creative expression, and reconnect with yourself and others in a warm, supportive, and inspiring space.

The afternoon is divided into three workshop blocks , each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes

You’re warmly invited to a nourishing relaxation circle designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Together we’ll explore deep rest through gentle yoga, effortless Yoga Nidra meditation (practiced lying down), and soothing sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls — all held in a friendly, supportive circle.
This is a space to pause, breathe, and return to your heart, your inner calm, and your natural intuition.

**🌿 Gentle, Nourishing Yoga**
Slow, accessible movements to release tension, support energy flow, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom and vitality.
**🌙 Yoga Nidra (guided deep rest)**
A zero-effort meditation practiced lying down. Yoga Nidra allows the body and mind to fully rest and restore, helping to calm the nervous system, release anxiety, improve sleep, and gently unwind exhaustion and overwhelm.
**🔔 Sound Healing**
Tibetan singing bowls guide you into deep presence and relaxation. The vibrations support the release of tension, stress, fatigue, and emotional holding, creating an optimal state for rest and self-healing.
Everything is provided — just bring comfortable clothes and an open heart.

COLD WATER PLUNGE
Welcome cold lovers! We have been practising cold water plunges for over 4 years. We believe in the benefits of cold water exposure. The feeling you get after the swim is magnificent, it makes you feel alive.
We have started this group to safely experience the cold water together. We motivate each other, do active warmup exercises, and also share our life stories with a warm coffee/tea afterwards.
The event is every Sunday at 11:30, we meet at the Mythenquai Badi entrance no matter the weather.
Take along: a large towel, comfortable bathing suit, flip-flops, and warm clothes (hat, gloves, etc). If you’re planning swimming out take along a bright swim buoy.
The event is Free.
IMPORTANT:
Every participant takes responsibility for themselves when attending this event.
Before attempting cold water exposure, individuals with health conditions (e.g., heart problems or hypertension) should seek advice from a healthcare professional. Safely acclimating the body to cold temperatures requires preparation and gradual exposure.

Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. Columbus: A Study In Psalms--Psalm 3 and 4
Most people would agree that a great night's sleep is one of the sweetest experiences in life. Crawling into a wonderfully comfortable bed, drifting off to peaceful slumber, and awaking, feeling refreshed, energized, and ready for the day is a gift everyone welcomes. Unfortunately, nights of perfect sleep and restfulness can seem scarce. Particularly, during the truly hard times in life, good sleep can seem an impossibility.
The ancient shepherd-crowned-king, David, knew more than the average person about the challenge of getting a good night's sleep in the midst of being falsely maligned, hunted by enemies, and attacked by those who wanted him dead. He understood the terror of running for his life, and having thousands call for his death. What was his answer? Where could a man on the run find peace? What hope was there for a person in such circumstances?
David's hope and peace were found in the One Who he knew was Perfect Truth, Justice, Mercy, and Grace, the God Who had delivered His people before and Who would do so again, and again, and again. Because of God's provision David twice details that even in the midst of his enemies, he would "lie down and sleep, and wake again."
Psalm 3 and 4 point us to the hope in which those who follow after the Lord can be confident--that from the Lord comes deliverance. Join us at **6:30 pm, Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at True Food Kitchen, Easton Town Center**, and be encouraged from God's Word!

Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.

Whether you’re seeking stress relief, personal growth, or community, our groups offer everyone a unique and welcoming environment.

* Nature informed therapy or clinical therapists/psychologists a plus.
