I puheenvuoro **Lenni Ojala,** *Relex Solutions* **Uudistumista kaaosvoimin – mitä tapahtuu, kun AI-kokeilu päätetään tehdä isosti?** AI-työkalut kehittyvät kuukausissa. Organisaatiot muuttuvat yleensä hitaammin. Mitä jos ei lähdetä pieniin piloteihin — vaan päätetään tietoisesti avata kokeilu laajasti? RELEXillä tehtiin valinta: tuotepuolen ihmisille annettiin mahdollisuus kokeilla AI:ta featureiden tekemisessä kunnolla. Ei varovasti sivussa, vaan osana oikeaa tekemistä, end-to-end. Museokortin järjestelmäpäällikkö Janne Oksanen päätti lähteä testaamaan tätä yhdessä Wonnan kanssa: mitä tapahtuu, kun vahva tuoteomistajuus ja syvä domain-osaaminen yhdistetään tekoälyavusteiseen kehitykseen. Kyse ei siis ollut pienestä kokeilusta, vaan oikeasta ominaisuudesta useamman käyttöliittymän palveluun. Salesforce on keskeinen osa Museokortin järjestelmäkokonaisuutta. Museokortin kehitystiimillä on vahva domain-osaaminen sekä syvä ymmärrys omasta ympäristöstään. Wonnan kehittäjillä taas ei ollut aiempaa kokemusta Salesforcesta. Uskottiin silti, että on mahdollisuus onnistua - ainakin oppimaan. Nopeuttaako tekoäly riittävästi teknologia-alustan haltuunottoa? Kuinka pitkälle vahva domain-ymmärrys kantaa? We play in English and the game rules are taught before starting play, unless everyone is already familiar with the game. No previous experience with board gaming required. We’re heading back to Scene75 on Friday, March 27 for a high-energy night of laser tag, mini golf, go-karts, arcade games, and whatever chaos we decide to get into. We’ve done this one before and it was a blast — great turnout, tons of laughs, and just the right mix of competition and hanging out.
