Allí, quien quiera podrá darse un chapuzón rápido en el mar para empezar el día con energía — traer bañador y toalla si os animáis. We’ll start the day with a guided kayak activity along a beautiful stretch of coast, paddling through turquoise waters, rocky passages and hidden coves surrounded by cliffs and Mediterranean forest. During the activity, we’ll also have time to stop for a swim and enjoy some snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. After the kayak, we’ll have some free time to relax, change clothes, eat something or enjoy the beach at our own rhythm. Later, we’ll continue the day with an easy hike along a section of the Camí de Ronda, one of the most beautiful coastal paths of the Costa Brava. ¡Bienvenid@ a la Matinal de pádel de los sábados! Toda la mañana jugando a pádel, partidos nivelados con descansos. A diferencia del formato pozo, nosotros organizamos los partidos según tu nivel. Las parejas irán rotando, pero si quieres puedes venir con un acompañante y jugar todos los partidos con pareja fija. Nivel **iniciación** (0,5 - 1), **medio-bajo** (1,5 - 2), **medio** (2,5 - 3) y **medio-alto** (3,5 - 4). **TODOS LOS PARTIDOS SE JUGARÁN AL MEJOR DE 7 JUEGOS (es decir, el primero que llegue a 4 juegos gana y finaliza el partido).** Al acabar el partido sube al punto de encuentro para recibir instrucciones del organizador. Nos encontraremos en el punto de alquiler de SUP en la Vila Olímpica y saldremos a remar tranquilamente por la costa de Barcelona. Es una forma sencilla y refrescante de desconectar del día, mover el cuerpo, disfrutar del mar y compartir un buen momento con gente maja 🍻 Después de la sesión, solemos ir a tomar algo juntos cerca de la playa. Esta parte es opcional, pero sinceramente… muchas veces es donde la magia continúa. **Dificultad** La actividad es apta para todos los niveles. Principiantes bienvenid@s. Solo necesitas saber nadar. El responsable de la actividad compartirá algunos consejos básicos de SUP, ejercicios divertidos y ayudará al grupo a sentirse cómodo en el agua. 💰 **Precio:** 5€ de reserva + 15€ de alquiler de tabla si la necesitas La reserva de 5€ se paga online al reservar tu plaza. Si las condiciones del mar o del viento no son seguras, cancelaremos o reprogramaremos la sesión. Es una sesión relajada en grupo, no una clase formal de SUP. El responsable de la actividad compartirá consejos y ayudará al grupo, pero cada persona es responsable de su propia seguridad en el agua. 🌦️ **Meteo y política de cancelación** La reserva de 5€ no es reembolsable si cancelas o no vienes. Si cancelamos por condiciones de mar o viento no seguras, normalmente guardaremos tus 5€ como crédito para una futura sesión de SUP. **Weather permitting**, we’ll take a casual ride from Pickerington Ponds (Glacier Knoll) to Three Creeks and back. Distance is **18–25 miles**, depending on where we turn around and whether we add a side loop. Pace is around **12 mph**, but this is a fun, no‑drop ride — we can slow down as needed.
