**Level:** All levels, open to beginners Contact Improvisation (CI) is an open, welcoming movement practice where we come together to explore how our bodies communicate through touch, shared weight, and physical awareness. It began in the United States in 1972, developed by dancer and choreographer Steve Paxton, and draws inspiration from modern dance, aikido, and somatic practices. At its core, CI is about listening — to gravity, momentum, and each other. We follow what happens in real time: leaning, lifting, rolling, falling, and finding balance together. There’s structure, but no fixed choreography. It’s playful, physical, and deeply responsive. You don’t need to be a professional dancer to take part. CI welcomes experienced movers and complete beginners alike. If you’re curious, willing to stay present, and open to exploration, you’re in the right place. Boulder-what? 🤔 It’s climbing (FR: escalade, le bloc) up to 4.5m high without ropes—and in my case, without much hope! 😂✨ It’s a super fun indoor activity, but be warned: it does require a certain level of physical fitness and/or skill. Most importantly, though, it requires awesome company—which we’ve got! 😎
 The Idea: 📍 Meeting Point: For those arriving at 17:00, we’ll meet at the cafeteria (next to the billiards table).
