Die CSS hat 2024 einen weiteren grossen Schritt auf ihrer Reise zur Business Agilität unternommen: Mit der Einführung von SAFe, sechs Agile Release Trains, einem agilen Portfolio sowie der Anpassung von Organisation, Budget und Strategie. Obwohl Scrum bereits seit 2014 in der Softwareentwicklung verankert ist, bedeutete dieser Wandel einen tiefgreifenden organisatorischen und kulturellen Schritt. In dieser Session berichtet ein Mitglied des Transformationsteams, was in den letzten zwei Jahren im agilen Umfeld der CSS mit rund 500 Mitarbeitenden geschehen ist. There's no fixed agenda or presentations/speakers.
