I have taught many beginners, intermediate and advance level of players and they appreciated my coaching and learned a lot from the lesson. So I am looking forward to see you in my lesson. Come and join our Monday Night Regular, We hope to meet different players and provide more opportunities among us all to enjoy the game. We will start off with some rallies /warm up and then will pair up to play some sets. Mixed or men's doubles: 2 courts, max 8 players, 25 mins warm up, first serve in, 3 sets first to 6 games tiebreak set, deuce 2+1. In order to get similar level and equal players of mens and ladies per each night, we will first put you on wait-list. Priority will be given to those who come regularly. To enjoy our Sunday with tranquillity, we are going to explore very secluded & peaceful Whitehead beach in Wu Kai Sha, followed by dinner. My friend and I did a recce there weeks ago. A cozy one-hour walk met with birds and sea. Such calm scenes really smoothed us. There is a hidden path for our trekking which sent us to the Whitehead beach.We’ll be welcome by a huge stoney heart. Let’s rest there & enjoy our snacks. Experienced swimmers are welcome to test the aquamarine water. Bring an umbrella & sufficient sports drinks in case, as it’s totally exposed and provides NO support. *First-time participant please answer all questions posted when you make RSVP.* **Meeting** **Date:** Sunday 28 June, 2026 **Time**: 1:15pm **Gather at**: **Exit C, Hang On Station** Ratings: Speed: 2/5 Hike Length: 4-5km Difficulties: 2.5+(adding the heat)/5 **WHAT TO BRING** 1\. **Hike: Wong Shek Pier to Sai Wan Pavilion (not suitable for beginners)** **Difficulty Level:** **3 out of 5** **Distance:** **12 km (approximate)** **Time:** **6+ hours (approximate)** **Description:** **This hike is rated Level 3/5 (Moderate+) and is** **not suitable for beginners**\*\*, as participants must be able to maintain a brisk, steady pace and stay with the group throughout. We will not be able to wait for extended periods for anyone falling behind, so if you need more time or choose to move at a slower pace, you will need to navigate independently. The route offers a scenic coastal experience, starting from Wong Shek Pier and passing through charming villages such as Chek Keng and Ham Tin Wan before reaching the tranquil Sai Wan Beach, where there will be time to relax, swim, or enjoy the sun. The hike continues past the Sai Wan Stargazing Site and Campsite, finishing at the stunning Sai Wan Pavilion with beautiful views, with the highest point reaching 245 meters. Be sure to bring swimwear and some cash for refreshments, as we may stop at local cafés and village stores along the way.\*\* **What to bring:** * **3-4 liters of water** * **Snacks to eat along the way (sandwich, fruits, nuts, etc)** * **Hiking shoes with good support** * **swimwear/towel** * **goggles** * **Sunglasses** * **Headgear (cap/hat)** * **Sunscreen** * **Bug Spray** * **In case of Rain: plan accordingly** * **Money for taxi, food and drinks** **Toilets:** **There are several toilets along the way.** **Stores:** **Please come prepared with all your food and drinks.** **Meeting Point:** **7-11 Convenience Store - Sai Kung Pier: N0. 74 Fuk Man Rd. Once everyone arrives, we'll take bus 94 (30-40 min) and then walk about 5 minutes to the pier. If the wait is too long or if we opt for a quicker option, we can hire taxis.** **Time:** **9:30 am (SHARP!)** **IMPORTANT:** **Out of respect to the members that arrive on time, we will only be able to wait a maximum of 5 minutes.
