Anna: 651314706 Instagram: @cercleahimsa **Come join us to enjoy and share a session inspired by yoga and the energy of the lunar cycle.** Each week, we explore a different practice that aligns with the current moon phase (for example, Full Moon: gratitude; Waning Moon: letting go…) The heart of the session is the yoga practice, but we also include a deep meditation of at least 10 minutes, and we close the session with therapeutic writing or artistic expression as a way to integrate the experience. Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
