Centered around a giant quartz crystal bowl, this intimate session (maximum 10 people) invites you to lie comfortably in a circle around the bowl, allowing yourself to fully receive the experience.
The bowl’s powerful resonance, combined with Tibetan singing bowls, creates a focused energetic field that works directly with the body, nervous system, and energetic centers of the body.

Indoor Reiki Sessions for Deep Rest and Nervous System Reset
Gentle one-to-one sessions to help you slow down, relax, and reconnect with the present moment.
After a long day, sometimes what we need most is simply to rest, fully, without agenda. These indoor Reiki sessions are offered as a quiet space to do exactly that. The same grounded, attentive presence from our outdoor experiences, brought indoors with natural elements woven in to keep that connection to nature alive.
A good way to wind down after work, or to experience Reiki in a more private, contained setting if you're not quite ready for an outdoor session.

**💛 Contribution**: The first session is **30€**, which covers the cost of the space and organisation. If you choose to continue with a **4-session pack (100€)**, your first session is discounted from the total.

És una magnífica oportunitat per conèixer la pràctica calmant de la meditació zen en un entorn acollidor i de suport. Tant si ets principiant com si ja tens una mica d’experiència, tothom és benvingut. Vine tal com ets i descobreix la pau interior. La postura de meditació es asseguts a terra amb les cames creuades, en cas de dubtes preguntar al centre. Clase de meditación (¡nuevo grupo de mañanas!)
Clases regulares. Incluyen una parte de teoría, una parte de meditación guiada y una parte de meditación en silencio. Puedes venir cada semana o sólo de vez en cuando, como más te convenga.
En la parte teórica abordaremos aspectos generales relacionados con la meditación:

* ¿Para qué sirve?
* ¿Qué cambios provoca la meditación en el cuerpo y en la mente?
* ¿Por qué es importante la postura?
* ¿Qué hay que hacer con los pensamientos durante la práctica?
* ¿De qué manera me ayuda la meditación en mi relación conmigo mismo y con los demás?
* ¿Qué importancia tiene el estilo de vida para la persona que medita?
* ¿Qué puedo hacer para afianzar mi práctica?
**Dónde:** Ortigosa 14, 2ª planta, local 11 – Barcelona (justo detrás del Palau de la Música, a 2 min del metro Urquinaona)
**Cómo reservar:** No hay que hacer reserva de plaza para asistir a estas clases, puedes simplemente presentarte en el centro de meditación cinco o diez minutos antes de la hora (¡NO ANTES, por favor, porque habrá otras actividades en marcha en la sala!).
**Qué traer:** Durante la meditación podrás sentarte en una silla o en el suelo con un cojín o banqueta, tú eliges. Si te sientas en el suelo asegúrate de llevar una parte de abajo que no apriete y unos calcetines limpios y gruesos para no ensuciar la esterilla y no pasar frío. Si te sientas en silla no es necesario que vayas vestido de ninguna manera especial.
**Idioma en el que se imparte la clase:** Castellano.

Una pausa real para tu cuerpo y tu mente. En el Yin encuentras posturas suaves que dan tiempo a que el cuerpo se relaje de verdad y recupere espacio.
Al final, el baño de sonido con cuencos tibetanos crea un ambiente cálido que ayuda a soltar tensión y a bajar revoluciones.

You're invited to receive a gentle, individual Reiki session held outdoors in a calm, natural setting in Montjuïc. These sessions are offered as a quiet, supportive space to rest, reset, and reconnect — held slowly, with care, clarity, and consent.

Each session lasts approximately 30–60 minutes and includes:
* A short check-in conversation to arrive and share how you're feeling
* Hands-on Reiki while you rest comfortably (with your full consent)
* A calm, held space — no pressure to talk or "experience" anything in a certain way
* Optional space at the end to share reflections
The session takes place outdoors, either sitting or lying down on a mat, surrounded by nature. I'll provide:

### 🌸 What is Reiki?
Reiki, as offered here, is based on Usui Reiki Ryōhō, the traditional Japanese system founded by Mikao Usui. It is a gentle, hands-on practice that supports relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation. Rather than trying to fix or change anything, Reiki offers conditions for the body and mind to rest and rebalance naturally. Sessions are held as a contemplative practice, with emphasis on presence, listening, and consent.
People experience Reiki in different ways. This may include:
* Deep relaxation
* A sense of calm or warmth
* Emotional settling
* Or simply the experience of resting
There's nothing you need to believe, visualise, or achieve — you can simply rest and receive. Reiki sessions offered here are not a substitute for medical or therapeutic care.

This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
