Taller de Constelaciones Failiares
### ¿Qué son las constelaciones familiares?
Una constelación familiar es un mĆ©todo que nos permite dilucidar esos eventos que han podido causar un impacto profundo, a partir del cual, la armonĆa familiar se ha visto perturbada, estas dificultades pueden ser tanto de convivencia, de salud, de profesión, de pareja, etc. y sobre las cuales no se tiene control.
A través de la puesta en escena que nos permite la constelación podemos tomar conciencia del origen del conflicto.
Recreando la organización de la familia, o de cualquier otro sistema, las relaciones dentro del mismo se hacen visibles y con ellas las causas que han generado el conflicto pueden aclararse.
Los participantes observaron como las dinƔmicas no resultaron les han estado aparecido, a veces, desde la infancia.
Esa visualización y las propuestas de reparación por el terapeuta, rescatan al āpacienteā de la culpa y le permiten recrear una nueva y liberadora imagen de solución.

Each week, we explore a different practice that aligns with the current moon phase (for example, Full Moon: gratitude; Waning Moon: letting goā¦)
The heart of the session is the yoga practice, but we also include a deep meditation of at least 10 minutes, and we close the session with therapeutic writing or artistic expression as a way to integrate the experience.

Indoor Reiki Sessions for Deep Rest and Nervous System Reset
Gentle one-to-one sessions to help you slow down, relax, and reconnect with the present moment.
After a long day, sometimes what we need most is simply to rest, fully, without agenda. These indoor Reiki sessions are offered as a quiet space to do exactly that. The same grounded, attentive presence from our outdoor experiences, brought indoors with natural elements woven in to keep that connection to nature alive.
A good way to wind down after work, or to experience Reiki in a more private, contained setting if you're not quite ready for an outdoor session.
