El cielo encendido y el corazón lleno❤️. Así es como volvemos de la clase.
Solo durante los meses de primavera y verano, cuando el sol nos regala sus mejores colores al final del día, salimos a navegar en clases prácticas de vela.
Aprendés. Maniobrás. Disfrutás. Todo en un entorno relajado, con buena onda y entre quienes quieren aprender en serio pero sin rigidez.
📍 Salimos desde el Port Olímpic (Barcelona) sábados y domingos de 18 a 20 h.
👨🏻🏫 Las clases son prácticas 100%, con un máximo de 4 alumnos por salida. Así todos participan, rotan puestos, hacen y deshacen maniobras. Acá no venís a mirar: venís a navegar.

Since many of us haven't yet had the opportunity to meet, we'll begin by getting to know one another and sharing what brought us to this community.
We'll also explore one of the most common challenges many women experience during this season of life: sleep.
Whether you're navigating insomnia, waking up in the middle of the night, racing thoughts, night sweats, exhaustion, burnout, or simply not feeling rested, you're not alone.
This will be a relaxed, low-pressure coffee shop meetup focused on connection and conversation.

This is a free, in-person meeting on the subject of betrayals, losses and how to get over them so you can build lasting relationships.
Burdened by a stressful relationship? Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things.
