Risoterapia para soltar tensión y recargar energía
**Risoterapia para soltar tensión y recargar energía** es un taller vivencial de 2 horas para desconectar del ruido mental, liberar estrés acumulado y volver al cuerpo a través de la risa, el juego, la respiración y la conexión grupal.
Durante el taller crearemos un espacio seguro, ligero y cuidado donde no necesitas “ser gracioso/a” ni venir con experiencia previa. La risa se irá despertando poco a poco mediante dinámicas sencillas, ejercicios de movimiento, juegos de confianza y propuestas de Yoga de la Risa.
La intención no es forzar la alegría, sino abrir un espacio donde puedas soltar el control, bajar la tensión del cuerpo, conectar con otras personas y salir con más energía, presencia y ligereza.
### ¿Qué haremos durante las 2 horas?
Empezaremos con una bienvenida y una pequeña toma de contacto para aterrizar en el grupo. Después realizaremos ejercicios suaves de activación corporal, respiración y juego para ir entrando en confianza.
A medida que avance el taller, iremos incorporando dinámicas de risoterapia, ejercicios de risa consciente, movimiento expresivo y propuestas grupales para soltar vergüenza, estrés y rigidez mental.
Terminaremos con una pequeña integración final para que puedas llevarte esa sensación de apertura, calma y vitalidad a tu día a día.

The same grounded, attentive presence from our outdoor experiences, brought indoors with natural elements woven in to keep that connection to nature alive.
A good way to wind down after work, or to experience Reiki in a more private, contained setting if you're not quite ready for an outdoor session.
