The Oxford Capacity Analysis identifies 10 vital personality traits that influence your entire future.
It is a factual, scientific analysis taken from your answers, and it takes about an hour to complete.

After you complete the test, your personality analysis is generated and displayed. Within minutes your analysis will highlight your strengths and weaknesses—which personality traits to take advantage of and which need help.

While the analysis graph shows distinct personality traits, it is the interrelationship of these traits that provides the greater picture of your personality.
We provide a complimentary consultation with one of our trained staff, who will give a detailed evaluation of your personality analysis.
In this one-on-one consultation, you gain a better understanding of your personality strengths and weaknesses, and establish the recommended path to your fast and lasting success.

The Strategy Gap: what separates good PMs from great product leaders
You're invited to our next Women in Product London event!
As product managers grow in their careers, one skill becomes increasingly important: **strategy**.
For this event, we’re bringing together product leaders from a range of industries and company stages to share how they approach product vision and strategy in practice: what it really means to be strategic, how you develop strategic thinking over time, and why it often becomes the defining skill that separates good PMs from great product leaders.
Some of the topics will include how to develop stronger strategic thinking as you progress in your career, how to influence organisations through vision and direction, and real-world examples of turning high-level strategy into meaningful product outcomes.
The evening will give you the opportunity to network with your peers over drinks and canapés before and after our speakers take the stage. Join us for a mix of insightful presentations where you'll take away practical insights from experienced product leaders and have the chance to ask questions throughout the event.

The atmosphere is **analytical yet empathetic, thoughtful yet light-hearted**, and always accommodating. Whether your conundrum is personal, professional, or just a head-scratcher, we’re here to help unravel it together.
💸 There’s no set fee to attend, but we do ask for donations on the night to cover costs - which are warmly appreciated!
🍷 Please also support our lovely hosts, Jade and co., by buying yourself a drink at the bar (and food’s available if you fancy a bite).
💡 **What’s a conundrum, you ask?**
A conundrum is any dilemma, crossroads, or confusion in your life—big or small. It could be a **"chicken and egg"** situation, a **"catch-22"**, or a **"have your cake and eat it"** kind of puzzle. Sometimes, life just throws us complex, messy questions—and that’s what we’re here to navigate together.
Once our deep discussions wind down, we’ll slip into **pub mode**—a chance to relax, connect, and continue chatting with newfound friends.

Neuroinclusive Speed Dating for Friends
**Next events:**
**📅 6th June & 1st August 2026**
**🕑 1:30pm to 5:30pm**
**📍 The Station Master, Marylebone (New venue! 🔔 😁)**
**What is Daisy?**
Daisy is a neuroinclusive, relaxed, low pressure afternoon where you meet people one at a time. This event is ticketed and open to the public
Everyone gets a short profile on our app, so when you sit down with someone new & scan their QR code you can see a bit about them before you start talking. At the end of the chat you can discreetly indicate who you’d like to stay in touch with on the app, and there’s also a separate box if you felt something sparky. Only mutual interests are revealed, so no awkwardness. If you prefer old school, there’s a paper format too.
**Neuroinclusive**
Conversation cards are at each table so you don’t have to worry about your mind going blank. Lots of people use them as a backup rather than relying on them throughout, but they’re there if you need them. We have hosts to look after you & a quiet area to decompress (with adult colouring in)
Professional compère
The event is professionally hosted by a compère, and there will also be individual hosts facilitating, guiding, and supporting throughout. Every ticket includes a welcome drink token, and there’s a raffle on the day where you can win a drink for you and someone else at the event.
**What’s new?**
For those who have been before, here’s what’s changed:
We have a brand new venue, The Station Master in Marylebone, one min from the station. You can order food there, which wasn’t possible before, and during the breaks there’s pool, giant Jenga, and Digital Darts if you fancy it.
We’re still using the app which got a lot of good feedback but it has been refined so it’s compatible with all the phone models
We removed the group bells last time after feedback, and people much preferred having individual timers.
This time the timers are sand timers on the table rather than on the app, a gentle, low pressure way to indicate it’s time to move on.
Activities during the break & mixer - digital darts, pool, giant jenga & colouring
Paper forms for those who prefer to go old school

Bermondsey Beer Mile | ADHD Social | London | Everyone Welcome
**Brews and Lose... Track of Time!** Bermondsey Beer Mile. Relaxed pace. Visit craft brewery tap rooms in ancient industrial London. It really is a lovely walk, lots of Victorian buildings, murals, art, etc.
As with all our events, you **do not** need an ADHD diagnosis. Come as you are, meet nice, quirky people.
We will attempt to visit several of the taprooms in a loosely sequential order. I strongly recommend having thirds or halves of a pint! Some of us will succeed.
To keep you in sustenance, there will be assorted food places along the route.
We start at [The Kernal Taproom,](https://share.google/c3sPrvF5jXxSsbwGJ) and finish up around London Bridge where... who knows what may happen next,
**What will definitely happen:**
- At least one person will show up to the wrong place
- Someone will spend forty minutes reading the entire tap list and order a basic bitch Fosters/Carling
- A conversation will begin, go completely off-piste, and never return to the original point
- Someone will announce they're leaving and still be there an hour later
- We will collectively lose track of time, money, and the thread of at least six conversations
**What will probably not happen:**
- Not everyone arriving on time
- Leaving when we said we would
- Remembering what the plan was
- But we will try.
**Directions:**
Meet at [The Kernal taproom ](https://share.google/c3sPrvF5jXxSsbwGJ) preferably at 12, before the rush.
Nearest Tube: Bermondsey - Jubilee Line

**Important note:**
This is not a dating meetup, not everyone will want to connect outside of an event. This is a proudly consent-led space.
🏰🎬 MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE
🧙♂️ ***The universe is under tremendous pressure. Summon your favourite heroes and villains by the power of Grayskull!***
👋 **Hi guys!** We’re heading back to Eternia for a nostalgic return to the world of Masters of the Universe. This new adaptation is directed by **Travis Knight**, who will likely bring a fresh spin to the mythology while keeping the classic fantasy and sci fi spirit alive.
The premise follows a ten-year-old Adam who lands on Earth, separated from the power sword of Grayskull. Two decades later, he reclaims the sword, becomes He-Man, and fights to save Eternia from the evil forces of Skeletor.
**The Meetup:** We’ll be meeting for **pre drinks** at **6:00 PM** at the **Oscars Bar inside Odeon West End** (please don’t confuse this with Leicester Square). Then we'll be watching the film in **Screen One** at **7:00PM** where you will find in Row **38A** if want to sit near by.
After the film, we’ll reconvene for our usual **commentary and [Letterboxd](https://letterboxd.com/movieroadhouse) review**, and will likely continue the night with more drinks around town. You’ll find the **full schedule breakdown, tickets, and addresses below**. And by the power of Grayskull......
I'll see you all there

🌼🎬 MOSS & FREUD
🎨 ***An unexpected friendship born from art, bound by truth, and defined by the moments between the brushstrokes.***
👋 **Hi guys!** We’re meeting for the very first time at **The Cinema at Selfridges** which is a really classy place for this sort of film written and directed by **James Lucas.**
The film that premiered for the first time at the **BFI London Festival** takes place in London in 2002, where supermodel **Kate Moss** poses for aging artist **Lucian Freud**. And after a course of many months, the painting painting was finally auctioned for £4 million, but the story goes far deeper.
**The Meetup:** We’ll be meeting at the **The Cloakroom Bar** inside the cinema at **7:30 pm** for few **drinks and a fun quiz.** Then at **8:30 pm** we'll proceed to **Screen 3** where you will find me in row **A6** if you want to sit nearby.
After the film, we’ll reconvene for our **commentary and [Letterboxd](https://letterboxd.com/movieroadhouse) review**. You’ll find the **full schedule breakdown, tickets, and addresses below**. This should be a fun, chilled, yet classy evening out in London.

Shut Up & Write!™ Easton Town Center
We'll meet at The Capital One Café, 167 Easton Town Center, Space A-103. This is in the main mall where the Microsoft store used to be, on your left if you're standing at the bottom of the AMC Theater escalator.
Join us on Saturday for an hour of uninterrupted wordmaking!
• What we'll do
Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 10AM on Saturday mornings.
Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done.
SCHEDULE:
10:00 - SESSION 1: quick intros.
10:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour.
11:10 - chat / take off / keep writing.
OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 11A-11:30ish. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing.
BEING LATE IS OKAY: just show up and get settled, then check-in with me after the session. (I’ll be the person with the Shut Up & Write! sign.) If you were on time, please be willing to make room for the friendly latecomer.
Happy writing and I look forward to seeing you!
• What to bring
Whatever you need to be able to write!
Bring earbuds/earplugs if you want to block noise or the occasional conversation by other patrons. Electrical outlets are limited, so charge your devices before whenever possible.
See you at The Café on Saturday!
In-Person Event: The Answers to Depression & Anxiety
This is an in-person meeting. At this meeting you will get answers to depression and anxiety. Find out the source of them and how to get rid of them.
Did you know that unwanted emotions like anxiety, depression, unhappiness, loneliness, hopelessness, anger, fear, or feelings of irritation don’t just fall on you for no reason. They are not random occurrences that simply happen to people's minds. They are definitely not due to a chemical imbalance in your brain from some nebulous chemical reaction "by chance".
Your negative emotions are the symptoms of the painful experiences that you have which are not healed, and which are still affecting you.
The effects of these painful experiences are exacerbated by the pressures or difficulties of the other problems in your life.
Come to our Meetup, where we can introduce you to some of the knowledge, tools and techniques of the breakthroughs in the field of the mind that we can apply to this ever important area of life.
Be sure to click on the red "Attend" button below to come to this local event. We look forward to seeing you there.
