They develop tasty, healthy, sustainable foods by using fungi fermentation. Meeting at DTU, through their studies and through the DTU Alt Protein Project, they bonded over a shared passion for sustainable alternative proteins. Katrine and Magdalena will give a 25 minute talk on alternative proteins, the DTU alt protein project and their journey building Oh My Celia! Afterwards there will be discussion and questions. As usual, we will meet at the fourth floor of the Central Library as it has good facilities for book clubs and it is also free to use. No extra cafe money to spend. Idea is to meet and connect over books. Each participant present 1-2 books they would like to recommend or just talk about, and then we'll see where conversation leads us. Again, there is no limitation to genre or type of book you are reading. The point is that we are free to read whatever we want and then share those reading experiences, so remember to be respectful to each other. I hope to see as many of you as possible. :)

No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: - 15 minutes of hellos and getting settled; maybe some quick intros. - Then, the timer starts! : writing for 1 hour. - After the hour is up... chat / take off / keep writing, if you're on a roll.
