Come out to a evening filled with fun board games at Aslin Beer Company in Herndon! We play a variety of games, including strategy, co-op, and party games! Always welcoming to people who are brand new to the hobby to those who have been playing for years! We will be meeting in the Izzi building (not the main taproom), as there is more table space there and is right next to where you can get food and drinks! Go up the stairs or elevator to the second floor of the market cafe at Wegmans, 45131 Columbia Place, Sterling, VA 20166, located in the Dulles 28 Centre shopping center. Our over-the-chessboard players are usually to be found at the tables in the mezzanine center section, which is well lit. Coffee, drinks, and culinary refreshments are available at the Coffee Cafe and Patisserie on the main floor of the supermarket. So grab a drink or refreshment and come up and join in the fun. If there are RSVP the host will usually arrive a few minutes early to set up tables in the center mezzanine section located near the Kids Room with the TV. Guests, walk-ins, kibitzers are all welcome too; we request minor children to be accompanied by an adult, and we request only chess players RSVP, members and guests who are attending to play chess, so we have an accurate count of chess tables needed to set up for player reserved spots.
