He has been in the IT industry and specifically large enterprise and MNCs like IBM Software and BMC Software, marketing software to Financial Institutions including Banks and Insurance companies, and also Government bodies in the Asia Pacific region. Through the years he has gone from technical to sales and had opportunities to also train adults and speak at International conferences across the Asia Pacific region including Australia. In the new millennium, from 2000, he has also run his own regional companies to market and train in the IBM-zSeries mainframe area. He has been training AI and ChatGPT Prompt Engineering since May 2023. In late 2021, he was also certified for the HRDF in Malaysia. Since then he has taught numerous classes and talks in Generative AI for professionals and consulted with companies in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.
