Hello everyone! Climbers of all skill levels are welcome to Join “Sends with Friends” climbing! We organize two climbing sessions on the Fridays of the month. We can grab some food and drink after the climbing session if people are interested. - 1st or 2nd week: bouldering session - 3rd or 4th week: rope session For non-Sportrock members, a daily pass is required. For those joining the meetup, the day pass will be discounted at $15 and will include rental gear. Please read the rest of the description below carefully before you start climbing at SR Rio. Sac au Lait has been bringing New Orleans Traditional Jazz to the area for 20 years. This happy music will make you smile & move your feet! Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude.
