🗺️ **Partons pour trois jours d’aventure aux confins de l’Île-de-France, au cœur des falaises de la Seine.**
Au fil du week‑end, nous alternerons entre sentiers, villages charmants et panoramas grandioses, avant de changer de point de vue en glissant sur la Seine en kayak. Notre itinéraire nous mènera jusqu’à [Vétheuil](https://www.destination-vexin-francais.fr/fiches/vetheuil-6008897/) et [Giverny](https://www.normandie-tourisme.fr/les-incontournables/giverny/), au cœur des lieux qui ont inspiré Monet. **📌 JOUR 1 : Samedi 23/05**
**De Mantes-la-Jolie à la Roche-Guyon**
Distance 22 km
Allure soutenue 5 km/h
Dénivelé positif 427 m
Pour cette première journée, on traverse les paysages vallonnés du Vexin à un bon rythme, entre forêts, plateaux et points de vue impressionnants sur la vallée de la Seine. 🏰 En fin d’après‑midi, on rejoint le [village de La Roche‑Guyon](https://www.valdoise-tourisme.com/les-incontournables/la-roche-guyon-un-village-dans-lhistoire/), dominé par son donjon médiéval et son château adossé à la falaise. On s’installe dans un gîte confortable pour une soirée reposante.

🛶 **Descente en canoë dans le Vexin**
On troque les chaussures de rando pour les pagaies et on embarque pour une descente fun et rafraîchissante au cœur du Vexin. Entre falaises, méandres et éclaboussures, la rivière devient un vrai terrain de jeu. 💦 Une parenthèse pleine de bonne humeur qui change le rythme et offre un point de vue unique sur la nature environnante.
Il sera également possible de visiter le [château de La Roche‑Guyon](https://www.chateaudelarocheguyon.fr/) ainsi que la [maison de Monet à Vétheuil](https://vetheuil-impressionniste.com/) pour prolonger l’expérience culturelle au cœur du Vexin. (en option)

Pour cette dernière étape, on reprend la marche en direction de Bonnières-sur-Seine, sur un itinéraire plus doux mais toujours ponctué de beaux panoramas. 🖼️ Sur le chemin, on traverse le village de Giverny, célèbre pour [la maison et les jardins de Claude Monet](https://claudemonetgiverny.fr/), où sont nés les mythiques *Nymphéas*. Une halte inspirante pour conclure ce week‑end entre nature, culture et aventure.

Saturday badminton - 11am (Lower Intermediate +)
Hi Badminton Fans!
Come and join us every Saturday for a fun session of badminton.
**This session is open for lower intermediates and above (no complete beginners allowed).** What that means is that you should have a grasp of doubles gameplay and be comfortable with short serves at minimum.
**What Do You Need**
Don't worry about equipment; racquets and shuttlecocks are provided, and there's no need for a badminton license or insurance. Just bring your indoor sports shoes and a willingness to meet new friends and have lots of fun.
There are changing rooms and showers.
**Get There Early**
Try to get there early to change and warm up so we can start right on time.
**Registration & Payments**
Registration is 12€ per person, and you can sign up via PayPal through this event page. For alternative payments, check for available slots on the event page first. Then, submit your payment via https://revolut.me/nishuastic with a description of which event you are signing up for, and send the screenshot to one of us so that we can add you.

**This 11 am - Open Session is open to players of all levels.**
**If you are a complete beginner -**
Talk to us first before signing up, and we can try to make accommodations and maybe have beginners-only court to begin with, with one of the organisers ready to explain all of the basics, such as serving, scoring, rules etc, as well as some pointers to help you progress.

Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together.
These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus.

We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert.
