The Archangels Meditation is a guided spiritual meditation recited and presented by **Master Nona Castro**, a senior Pranic Healer and direct disciple of **Grand Master Choa Kok Sui**, the founder of modern Pranic Healing. The meditation focuses on sensing and aligning with the presence and guidance of the Archangels — traditionally Uriel, Raphael, Michael, and Gabriel — to support inner peace, clarity, protection, and energetic balance.
Enhance spiritual connection, deepen intuitive awareness, release negative energy patterns, and support emotional resilience. Master Nona Castro integrates influences from her life experience, including spiritual devotion and her work as a healer.

Public Speaking Monday Meetup - New Location
Come along to get rid of the number one fear people have. Every week we have new members and people starting from scratch so you will not be alone. Everything is based around what you're comfortable with and you don't have to stand up, talk or do anything if you don't feel like it. But you will have the opportunity to speak at least 4/5 times a night. You can come along to see what we're doing and take part if you like. We will be running this for beginners every week and anyone is welcome to join us to learn and get better together. Hope to see you there :D

We'll meet in Busaras in time to get the 11.15 bus to Trim (111 route), There are hourly return buses to Dublin.
The donkeys are now out on their summer field. If you're bringing food for them please bring healthy food such as vegetables or fruits, but no bread or sweets. After lunch in the Castle Arch Hotel we'll go for a stroll along the River Boyne, taking in a couple of the historical sites.
Maker Night - Work on 3D projects using laser cutter, 3D Printer at TOG
**Do you like to make things? Would you like to use 3D software, lasercutter and 3D printing to help you make your idea?**
TOG has an open evening to learn how CAD software and 3D fabrication tools can help you make your project.
All you need to take part is your own laptop and some ideas on what you want to make.
This is not a taught class, more like an informal working group of self-directed makers.
We will be happy to help you explore how to use our 3D tools in designing and making your project whether you are a crafter, designer, engineer or hobbyist.
Come and have a look at the tools in our space and get some ideas on how your project can be made.

NeuroGamers Ireland Meetup

We'll dive into the advanced configurations, failure modes, and optimization patterns that separate demo clusters from production workloads. On the Karpenter side: Node Disruption Budgets to control voluntary disruptions, how to survive Spot interruptions gracefully, and bootstrap optimizations that shave minutes off node startup. On KEDA: scaling modifiers that combine multiple metrics into smarter decisions, cooldown tuning to prevent thrashing, and the shift from reactive scaling to proactive workload sizing. We'll show how EKS Auto Mode changes the equation—what you get out of the box, what you still need to configure, and how KEDA fits into a managed Karpenter environment.
