In een kleine groep van maximaal 10 deelnemers creëer je meer rust in je lijf, helderheid in je hoofd en vreugde in je hart. Door beweging, adem, stilte en verbindende oefeningen ga je van overdenken naar beleven. Aan het einde van het weekend heb je praktische handvatten om deze nieuwe manier van leven ook thuis voort te zetten — met meer plezier, aandacht en flow. Je wordt dit weekend begeleid door Lilian Vliek — gepromoveerd Psycholoog, Integratief Therapeut en ervaren groepsbegeleider. Dit weekend is voor jou als je merkt dat je veel “aan” staat in het dagelijks leven en verlangt naar rust, ruimte en meer contact met jezelf. Join us for a fun Friday night of improv theatre in English.
