TOG will be open for a relaxed holiday hangout over the Christmas and New Year holidays. We'll be here on Tuesday 30th December from 12:00 Midday 'til late. This is your excuse to slow down, grab a coffee, and meet new people, all before sunset. No loud music, no dress code, just good vibes, nice chats, and the perfect way to break the routine midweek. Every fortnight we meet in a different café: always a cool spot, sometimes with coffee beans from faraway places, sometimes with that perfect matcha or chai. It’s like a little trip without leaving the city, through flavours, stories, and new faces around the table. TOG will be open on Tuesday evenings from 19:00 to 21:30 for a general Open House event. Expect to find members and visitors in the space up to all sorts of activities. It's a great time to drop in and see what the space is about. If you're an artist, tinkerer, maker or just plain curious, come in and see what the space is about. Maybe you already have something to work on (or want to), have something to fix, create, design, bodge or tinker... drop in. We're also open for just for plain old social chat and hang out, with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. We have lots of free parking right outside our door.

We will start the session with some light stretching exercises to warm us up, and help to prepare us for the run. The pace of the run will be steady, depending on who is running with us on the day. Days when we have a large group we may break into multiple groups, each operating independently at their own pace. Saturdays are good for intermediate runners, and is usually a 10km run, again at a steady pace. If you're looking to get into running, come along on Tuesday or Thursday mornings and I will coach you, at your pace, to get you up to running (jogging) to 5km without stops. The only thing I will ask, if you're a beginner, is that you're able to walk for approx 30 minutes at a relaxed pace. PLEASE NOTE: That, if you RSVP a particular event, then please ensure that you attend, as there may be other members relying on you for company on the run. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any run or activity that you participate in with the group will be at your own risk. Usually we have a post run (after our cool down) coffee in the Dash container at the Hole in the Wall pub.

## Sofa to Summit Challenge Jan 26 ### About The Challenge and what it entails: This is a 4 week challenge, building up to you getting to the summit of Lugnaquillia (925m) Leinster’s highest Point. **Come Join us this great challenge**! It is a great way to get fit, lose some of those pounds, put on eating all those mince pies!, enjoy incredible scenery and socialize at the same time. We will start you off on the sofa to summit challenge with a relatively easy walk while gradually increasing the length and altitude of the walks each week.
