Newcomers always welcome! We often go to the pub for breakfast/pints afterwards. --- If you're playing for the first time, try and join us around 10.15am-10.30am since we usually start a bit later. Bring cleats if possible (no need to bring anything else) and just turn up in your sports kit. If you can’t make it anymore, please update your RSVP. We set up at the south end of the park near the cricket nets and athletes track – the nearest tube stops are Canada water, Surrey Quays and South Bermondsey. See you on Sat!

***Please read the whole description before signing up.*** TF Clapham is a friendly environment of people looking to play casual, free football. We welcome all genders, ages(over 18), skill levels etc.. It doesn't matter if you are semi-pro or have never played a day in your life, everyone is welcome. **PLEASE READ:** Terrible football always has a wait list for Clapham. We have a lot of regulars who have been enjoying our group for years. If you sign up and can not make it, you must drop out by 8pm Friday. If you drop out later you will be taken off any games you sign up to play the next week. If you cannot make it but are on the waitlistist, please drop out before midnight aswell. If you are put through to play and dont show up, the same rule applies. We are strict on these rules as we like the games as even as possible, plus someone else could have made it off the wait list! You have to join the whatsapp group for the exact location. We play between the skate park and band stand. **Set up:** Clapham is set us as two pitches, each with a 10 aside game. We make 4 teams of 10(as evenly as possible skills wise) and play three 30 minute games. Each team will face one another by the end. **GAME RULES:** 1\. Rotate keeper every 10 minutes\. Everyone must go in 2\. No slide tackles\. 1 warning only\. This is due to it being casual and varied in skill level\. 3\. Be inclusive\. Pass to everyone and be positive\. Anyone who says anything rude to another player will be warned once and then asked to leave\. We recommend you wear plastic studs(metal are not allowed) or AstroTurf boots. Shin pads are optional but most people don't wear them. We have colour bibs so please wear what you want in those regards. In some exceptional cases, organiser's discretion will apply. Come and join us for some Badminton singles games at Chobham Academy from 2pm to 4pm. We play with feather shuttlecocks. The venue is approx. 10 mins walk from Leyton Station (turn left as you exit the station and then right at Drapers Field towards Temple Mill Lane). If you're coming from Stratford Station, walk through Westfield towards Waitrose. Take the exit on the right called Celebration Avenue. Follow the road for several minutes and you will come to the entrance of the school on Temple Mill Lane, which is on the right hand side. Still can't find it, call me on 07863 165824. If you are driving there is an NCP car parking opposite the school. There are also places in Leyton area that you can park for free. Please check road signages for timings. The training class & games are organised by ISO Strong Division 1 team players, and Chris Sze is leading this session. Hi everyone! Booking is now open for our next badminton session, 11am-1pm on Sunday at Ark All Saints Camberwell 140 Wyndham Road SE5 0UB. The cost is only £10 per person plus £1.62 Meetup booking fee, paid in advance before the start of the session. Bring your racket or lease one for the session for a nominal £2.00, shuttlecocks is provided. The lease rackets are available at the venue, so just make your way down. Please note we don't have enough for everybody just a few. If you damage your racket during the session you get one to use for free. So if you wish to play and don’t yet have a racket make your way down, try and have a couple of nuggets (£2.00) handy because the racket lease fee is not included with the session booking fee. Payment is by PayPal, Debit card, Credit card, Bank transfer, and Cash. Contact the host if you encounter any problem with making payment or wish to pay by other method (Payment by Bank transfer & Cash is £10.00) Direction: The badminton hall is situated at the rear of the school, read on for direction on how to locate the hall. The main entrance to the school is located on Wyndham road, on Wyndham road look for Toulon Street it is on the same side as the school. If you stand facing the school Toulon Street should be to your right. Toulon street lead on to Pitman Street which is where the entrance is located. Use the pedestrian gate to let yourself in, if it is locked use the intercom and somebody should let you in.
