Feeling overwhelmed, restless, or simply in need of a pause?
Join us for a gentle evening of meditation and sound â a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share a peaceful moment with others.
This gathering is designed as a soft landing from the busyness of everyday life. Through guided meditation and a calming sound bath, weâll create a quiet space where the mind can settle and the body can deeply relax.
Whether you meditate regularly or are completely new to it, you are warmly welcome.

Dieser besondere Deutschkurs ist fĂźr alle, die mit Spiel und SpaĂ ihr Deutsch verbessern wollen. Wir sind eine kleine Gruppe (max. 15 Personen) von Deutschlernern zwischen A2 - B2 und machen Theater-Improvisation auf Deutsch.
Aber keine Angst - das kann jede/jeder lernen!
Der Fokus liegt vorallem auf Sprechen und Verstehen, so daĂ du in Alltagssituationen spontaner reagieren kannst und mit dem Sprechen auf Deutsch flĂźssiger wirst.
Ich bin sowohl Deutschdozentin als auch Theaterschauspielerin und entwickle diese Methode seit mehr als 10 Jahren.
Der Kurs ist immer mittwochs und du bist herzlich willkommen, vorbeizukommen und uns kennenzulernen.
Das 1. Mal kostet der Kurs 12 Euro zum Kennenlernen.
Ein 10er Ticket kostet 160 Euro.

Laugh without Reason Event (DE/EN)
Important information: The event will always take place regardless of how many people attend the meetup. There is always a second laughter yoga conductor (Heidi) and a couple of other regulars who don't use Meetup.
Laughter Yoga is a unique concept that combines laughter exercises with yoga breathing to promote wellness and overall happiness. You will learn how to laugh without reason. The event is perfect for anyone looking to de-stress, boost their mood, and connect with others in a light-hearted and fun way. You don't need any yoga experience, just the willingness to laugh.
**Do I need special clothing?**
* Just wear comfortable clothes. Please bring some thick socks or clean shoes for the room.
**Do I need anything else?**
* It is essential to stay hydrated. **Please bring some water**.

**Is it free?**
* Participation costs 5âŹ. Alternatively, you can use Urban Sports Club. These costs are mainly used to cover rent for the room, meetup fees, website, insurance, flyers, etc.

**What does an event look like?**
* We incorporate laughter exercises, breathing exercises, playful exercises, positive affirmations, and dancing. The event ends with a laughter meditation of \~ 15 minutes.
**What if I can't laugh?**
* Everything is voluntary. If you can't laugh, you can simulate it, and usually, people get into genuine laughter during the sessions. Laughter yoga is a great way to laugh more, to laugh deeper, and more frequently!
**How many people show up?**
* Usually, the group size is between 7 and 20 people. Regardless how many people sign up via meetup, the event will always take place. Many people don't sign up via meetup.
**Where is it?**
* It's close to U2 Märkisches Museum. The Kreativhaus Berlin Mitte has one entrance. Please be there 5 minutes before we start. After 7 pm, it might be closed, and you either have to ring the bell or go around the house and watch out for the yellow smiley flag. The session takes place in "Projektraum 2/3".
Sessions are either in German or English. We always make sure that everyone understands it.

Pink Full Moon Women's Circle at Lilium
This April Pink Full Moon, we gather at the beautiful Lilium to celebrate a very important threshold of spring, rooted in ancient mythologies and traditions of rebirth, resurrection, and nature.
With a special focus on the topic âResurrection of the divine feminineâ- we take a closer look at the archetypical story of the spring goddess; her many forms and incantations throughout history, what we may learn from her- and the meaning of prevalent symbols of spring- such as the egg, the hare, and spring flowers.
Through a mixture of story, ritual, collective sharing, we co-create a space with the energies of the full moon- to reflect, to release, to pave way for rebirth, and to bloom into spring.
Please bring: A journal/notebook, pen, positive vibes
Optionally- you may bring flowers to place on the altar as an offering, your favorite crystals to charge, and/or something to share with the group, if you feel called to.
Light snacks will be provided, beverages (such as wine & soda) will be available on site for purchase.
Please note that while this gathering will be focused on holding feminine energies in the space, this womenâs circle is also open to FLINTA and feminine-identifying members of our community.

**The Quiet Hour** is a two-and-a-half-hour guided journey for women â a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of shared presence.
When we speak about healing in this space, it is not limited to one dimension. It can touch the emotional, mental, and physical layers of our experience. The intention is to create a moment where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and we can reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and alignment within ourselves.
During the evening, we guide you through meditation, visualization, sound, and gentle energy work. The vibrations of sound help the body release tension, while the guided visualization invites you to reconnect with the life you wish to create and the deeper intentions that live within you.
Together, we also explore the power of identity â the understanding that the way we see ourselves shapes the life we experience. When we reconnect with our inner strength and authenticity, we begin to move from emotional chaos toward a more grounded and stable foundation within ourselves.

There are **no substances involved**. The work is grounded, body-based, and trauma-aware.

### This group is for you if you want to:
* release stress, tension, and emotional blockages
* explore non-ordinary states of consciousness through breath
