We'll meet at Heuston Station in time for the 10.00 am train to Mallow. The walk starts 100m from the station:- features include a castle, a huge Elizabethan style manor house, a herd of white deer, a picturesque spa house with a hot water spring and some beautiful woodlands. The walk will take approx 2 hrs incl stops and is suitable for anyone with average fitness and stamina. Lunch afterwards (optional) in the Hibernian Hotel. There are hourly return trains from Mallow to Dublin.

All the activities realized through CECAB are designated to execution of social responsibility projects, further on the sportive, cultural and artistic activities through the realization of the shows, presentations and events related to Capoeira and Brazilian culture.

Read in silence and then discuss with like-minded folks! :-) 📝 **How does this work?** We will meet in the Bartley's Restaurant area from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM for silent reading and followed up by discussion. **During silent reading, you're expected to remain silent and read.** Please bring your headphones and refrain from the discussion during the first one hour in the area. 👥 **Socialising** After an hour, at 8:15 PM, we'll discuss and socialize about the book you're reading. Its like a combination of tag rugby and fencing and is a great way to meet new people and then hit them with a padded stick. Its light contact and the only gear you need to bring is clothing you are comfortable running around in and some water.
