Relaxed Swim (+25°) then Coffee 🌅🌊👋☕
**Join us for a swim at Stadtbad Mitte ("James Simon") Pool!**
Hey everyone,
We are doing another relaxed non-professional swim at Stadtbad Mitte. It's an indoor heated (+25°C) pool, and I'd love for you to join us! We'll be gathering for a casual chill 30-minute swim. No need to race or compete, just enjoy the water and calm after completing the swim.
Afterwards we go to a nearby café for coffees and chat, but no pressure to stick around—totally optional!
**Bring**
* swimsuit
* towel
* 1 Euro coin (for a locker)
* ticket (buy online or on site)
**Where**
Go inside, walk upstairs and sit in a hall between changing rooms, do NOT go past the turnstiles until we are all there. We'll wait for 10 minutes for people to gather. Please try to be on time because it's a bit challenging to find each other after we are already in the pool.

* Hosts (including us) to welcome you & help you feel at home
***
### 📍 Details

Deine Ziele. Dein Leben. -- Deine Ziele für 2026
**👋🏽 Tschüss Tretmühle & einsame Vorsätze. Hallo Klarheit & echte Verbindung.**
Was war großartig? Was war lappig?
Dabei teilst Du, was Du teilen möchtest - was Du lieber für Dich behältst, bleibt Dein Geheimnis.
**📝 Agenda:**
* 8:45 Uhr: Ankommen, Tee & Schwatz
* Kennenlernen & Rückblick 2025
* Lebensvision & Träume
* 12:30 - 14:00 Uhr - Mittagspause
* Deine Ziele für 2026
* Schärfung & Umsetzung
* 18:00 Uhr - Ende
.
**🥗 Essen & Trinken**
.
* Betreiber der Seite [www.abenteuer-freundschaft.de](www.abenteuer-freundschaft.de)
* Ausgebildeter NLP-Trainer ([DVNLP](https://www.dvnlp.de/)) & Coach
* Seit 15 Jahren setze ich mir selbst Ziele mit Freunden.
* Jahrelang selbstständiger Unternehmensberater (u.a. über 5 Jahre Strategieberater für die Bundsbereitschaftsleitung des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes)
* Eigene Vita: Von schüchternen Jungen zum fitten Mann
* u.a. Weltreise: 1 Jahr allein eine Runde um den Globus. Das war fett!
* Mehr über mich: [LinkedIn - Georg Preller](https://www.linkedin.com/in/georg-preller/)
**😲 Ehemalige Teilnehmer/innen meiner Meeups:**
"Was Georg kann: Tiefgang & Spaß zu gleichen Zeit. Ich bin immer wieder gern dabei!"
.
.
"Sympatisch, übersichtlich, direkt. Dankeschön!"
.

✨ New Year’s Eve Songwriting & Reflection Workshop ✨
Hi, I’m Tiffany! I’m originally from Taiwan and moved to Berlin as an expat four years ago where I worked in Social Media Marketing, and now have my own company: [Spark Events](https://spark-events.eu/) where I create fun experiences for people to Spark Connections. Feel free to also check our vibes on [Spark Events Insta. ](https://www.instagram.com/sparkevents_510/)💖
I’m also a songwriter and dancer, and you can check out some of my songs and dance videos on my Instagram [@tiffs_tunesntwirls](https://www.instagram.com/tiffs_tunesntwirls/) if you’d like to see my original songs. So I thought to organise a cozy songwriting session in a cafe where we reflect on the past year and transform our experiences into a meaningful song written and produce together.
Whether you're a seasoned writer or completely new to songwriting, this event is all about expression, community, and closing the year with intention. Let's start the New Year with some creativity and Spark new connections! ✨
**👉🏼 Please make sure to [Sign up here](https://forms.gle/XC93xxki4QYwVPJj9) to secure your spot!** 😉
**What to Expect:**
**🕯️ Introduction & Welcome Drinks**
Arrive, grab a drink, and settle in as we begin the evening with a warm welcome.
**💬 Reflection Circle & Get-to-Know Session**
We’ll kick it off with interactive activities to get to know each other. Then share our highlights, challenges, and memories from the year, and gather inspiration for our collective song.
**✍️ 1-Hour Songwriting Session**
Guided by me, we’ll craft lyrics and find rhymes that capture our personal and shared experiences from the year.
**🎧 AI-Assisted Music Production**
We’ll then bring our lyrics to life by producing a track using [Suno Music](https://suno.com/) -AI tools to turn our words into complete song in any genre of your choice.
Looking forward to it, and hope to see you there! 🥳

Evening of Meditation - A healthy relationship with wealth creation
We are inviting you to our last Evening of Meditation this year on **Sunday, the 28th of December**. These gatherings are not just about meditating on your own, but a step inward that we take together regarding a particular topic.
It’s very natural that throughout our lives we build wealth in order to create a comfortable and beautiful life with our loved ones. Yet for many of us, the process of creating wealth is associated with tension, frustration, fear or resistance. Let’s enter the new year with greater awareness and discover **a healthy relationship with wealth creation** in our lives.
📍Where: [Yoga Sky](https://maps.app.goo.gl/kBxUvZrqo5yzRNe88?g_st=ipc), Am Tempelhofer Berg 7d, 10965 Berlin
Follow the Yoga Sky signs in the yard, and take the elevator to the top floor.
🗓 When: Sunday, 28th of December, 19:00 - 20:30
Please arrive 5-10 min earlier to settle down.
🎟️ Entry: € 5, just to pay for the space (in cash or PayPal)
For more info go to: [https://onenessberlin.com/](https://onenessberlin.com/)
You’re welcome, no matter your background or experience. This is what has worked for us over many years and we love to share it with you.

\- 11:00\-11:30 \- Meet & greet
\- 11:30\-12:30 \- Silent focus time
\- 12:30 \- Discussion of books/ projects over coffee
**Drinks & snacks are included** ☕️
* **To reserve your place, a ticket (€9,90/event) or a community pass (only €14,90/MONTH) [from the website](www.pausify.org) is required**
* **Attendance here doesn’t show all sign-ups from other platforms.**
***FAQ: Why does it cost money if I bring my own project?***
Because we rent a beautiful, central space for every event. Ever thought your monthly apartment rent was too high? Well, multiply that – that’s what commercial spaces in big cities like Berlin cost *per hour*.
Of course, if all you want is just some quiet time, your home or a library is perfect. But if you’d like to focus & connect with others in an inspiring space – with drinks, snacks included – that’s what your ticket helps to cover.
See pics from our events below - and on our Instagram: **[@Pausify (Co-Reading Space)](https://www.instagram.com/pausify_org/) ☕️**📚

CMG Gives Back: Food Distribution at CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY!
Start the New Year off right! Join us as we get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event to distribute food at the Champion Food Pantry! We’ve created a great little community of Movie Group friends! Rather than see a movie this time, we’ll help “Create a better world” by helping serve people in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event:
CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY: The Champion Food Pantry provides needed food to neighbors experiencing food insecurity. For this event, we’ll be volunteering to help with Food Distribution during client pick up times. Our group will receive on-the-spot training from some of their seasoned regular volunteers.
PLAN FOR CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY: Please arrive by 2:45pm. Our volunteer time will be from 3:00 to 6:00pm.
LOCATION & PARKING: The Champion Food Pantry is located at 1460 S. Champion Ave in Columbus. Parking is located in the lot on Frebis across from the pantry. Please enter through the door marked "Volunteers enter here” on Frebis Ave. A map has been uploaded to the photos.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our group will be providing the majority of the volunteers on this day so a firm RSVP count is essential. Please only sign up if you are certain you’ll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. No shows or cancelations within 1 week of the event will mak you ineligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve.

THANK YOU: This CMG Gives Back event provides an opportunity for YOU to get involved in helping others in our community! But the benefits go well beyond the help we give to others. Volunteering can provide a wide range of personal benefits, including positive effects on mental and physical health, reduced stress/depression/anxiety, increased happiness and improved purpose, life-satisfaction and personal well-being! Plus, the opportunity to get involved, connect with others and help those in need.
PARTNER AGENCY: This event is hosted by Lutheran Social Services (LSS), which serves thousands of people in need each day in 27 Ohio counties by addressing the four core societal issues of food, shelter, safety and healing. LSS offers food through the LSS Food Pantries, housing and supportive services through LSS Faith Mission and LSS Faith Mission of Fairfield County homeless shelters, domestic violence services through LSS CHOICES for Victims of Domestic Violence, senior living and health care, affordable housing communities, and other services that uplift families and strengthen communities.
Thanks for your help and look forward to seeing you there, Dan

Curating Confidence: Crafting Your Vision for the Year Ahead
Step into 2026 with intention, clarity, and a creative practice designed to help you see yourself more clearly. In this special Confidence Lab session, we’ll explore confidence as something you can curate - through the choices you make, the qualities you amplify, and the story you choose to step into.
We’ll start with a short guided reflection to surface the traits, habits, and energies you want to nurture in the coming year. Then, using collage materials selected specifically for this workshop, you’ll translate those insights into a visual composition that represents the version of yourself you’re ready to grow toward.
This isn’t about resolutions or perfection. It’s about crafting a grounded, imaginative vision of your next chapter - one that feels honest, energizing, and fully yours.
All materials are provided. Just bring yourself (and a friend) and a willingness to explore what confidence can look like for you in 2026.
**Featured Partner: Columbus Collage Collective**
The Columbus Collage Collective was started in August of 2023 by Emily Morgan (aka Lovely But Dead) and Douglas Cuckler (aka Wonder Doug) as a place for collage enthusiasts to gather and create art together. The collective has since become a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission to hold free or low-cost collage events across central Ohio. The CCC welcomes all artists of all backgrounds and skill levels and encourages folks to take this time to step away from everyday existence and create art with people who share a love for this dynamic art form.
All materials—magazines, scissors, craft knives, glue, paper, cardboard, and more—are provided, so there's no need to bring anything at all (though you're welcome to bring a friend or a favorite tool if you'd like!). We also encourage folks to take home magazines and materials from our events to support continued creativity!

**What is Confidence Lab?**
Confidence Lab is a monthly community experience for bold, thoughtful leaders building confidence from the inside out. Whether you’re launching a business, leading a team, navigating change, or simply striving to show up more fully—you belong here.
Our work demands clarity, courage, and conviction—but the pace of daily life can erode our sense of self. Confidence Lab creates space to reflect, reconnect, and grow with others doing purpose-driven work.
It’s designed for entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, creatives, corporate professionals, activists, and anyone ready to lead with authenticity and impact.
