They are developing offensive tools, including more aggressive groundstrokes and put-away volleys, and show improved ability to handle deeper, faster shots. They started developing a faster kick serve but are still working to increase its speed. The lesson will start with rally drills, then play games to reinforce them. Finally, we will finish up with service games. Players will constantly hit and move with minimal breaks. All lessons are different. 1.
