Hei, ich bin Gesa, Sängerin, Gesangspädagogin und zertifizierte Singleiterin
für Heilsames Singen. Nach über 20 Jahren als Opern- und Konzertsängerin liegt mein Fokus heute auf dem „Heilsamen Singen“. Mir liegt am Herzen, das Singen wieder in unseren Alltag zu holen. Weil es uns mit unserem innersten Menschsein verbindet, weil es Herz und Seele berührt – und weil es ein kleiner, aber kraftvoller Beitrag zu mehr Freude, Wärme und Menschlichkeit in unserer Welt ist.

Wut ist Kraft, uns angeboren und verfügbar - auch wenn wir ab dem Kindesalter lernen, sie zu kontrollieren, zu unterdrücken und zu verurteilen. Mit Wut als Lebenskraft setzen wir Grenzen, schaffen Klarheit, kommen von der Absicht in die Handlung, sortieren was wir wollen und teilen uns verständlich mit. Mit Wutkraft sorgen wir für ein klares, respektvolles Miteinander für alle Beteiligten.
Wut zeigt uns, wo unsere Bedürfnisse und Werte liegen.
Unsere Wut ist eine kraftvolle innere Ressource.
In diesem praxisorientierten Workshop für Frauen erforschst du Wut nicht als Problem, sondern als Quelle von Klarheit, Präsenz und Selbstwirksamkeit. Mit Körperarbeit, Austausch und Selbstreflexion lernst du, deine Wut bewusster wahrzunehmen, zu verstehen und gezielt zu nutzen.

Early Midsummer Night Hike, Swimming and Picnic
It is a bit too early for a midsummer night party, but on the weekend the weather forecast predicts thunderstorms. On Friday evening, we will celebrate midsummer night with a hike through Königswald and a picnic, including swimming, at Sacrower Lake. We’ll meet at the Wannsee ferry terminal (near Wannsee S-Bahn station) at 17:55 and take the ferry to Alt-Kladow at 6 pm. The ferry ride is covered by a standard BVG ticket (Zone B). (The next ferry leaves an hour later, so please allow about 5 minutes to walk from the S-Bahn station to the terminal.)
From Alt-Kladow, we’ll follow freely this Komoot route: https://www.komoot.com/de-de/tour/1585149981 . I aim at a hike duration of 2 1/2 hours. After 12 km, we want to arrive at Sacrower Lake. Bring swimwear, food and drinks and, if you like, champagne to celebrate the best time of the year. At around 22:30 we leave the lake and head for the bus station in Alt-Kladow.
For communication during the hike, I will send a Signal group link to all participants via private message a couple of hours before the hike. This timing is intended to prevent non-participants from misusing the link for unwanted advertising, which has happened in the past. Signal allows us to share our locations during the hike without involuntarily forwarding this information to the intelligence services of authoritarian or non-authoritarian states, but unfortunately the location sharing function does not include tracking, i.e. no continuous updates.

The hike will take place if at least 6 people sign up. As long as there are more than 6 people, you can sign up and cancel as many times as you like. If there are 6 or less people, please avoid cancelling, as this might make the other participants feel insecure about whether the hike will take place (or whether there is something wrong with the hike and they should cancel as well --> Matthew effect - Wikipedia). If there are less than 6 participants, the hike will also take place unless the majority of the participants are in favor of canceling the hike.

Wir alle tragen vergangene Situationen, Worte oder Verletzungen in unseren Herzen, die uns noch heute schwer werden lassen. Scham, Schuld und Wut lasten auf unserer Seele - teilweise offensichtlich, teilweise unsichtbar.
Diesen alten Gefühlen einen sicheren Raum zu geben, ihnen unser Ohr zu schenken, sie da sein zu lassen und dann in einem sanften Ritual in Vergebung zu wandeln: Genau darum geht es im FEEL & FORGIVE CIRCLE.
Du kommst in einer kleinen Gruppe von Frauen zusammen und darfst
in diesem geschützten Rahmen alles da sein lassen, was du noch in dir trägst. Am Ende des Abends nimmst du etwas mit nach Hause, das leichter ist als das, womit du gekommen bist.
Das Thema diesmal ist: Selbstvergebung.
Denn bevor wir anderen vergeben können, ist es wichtig, erst einmal all das von unseren eigenen Schultern zu nehmen, was uns dort noch belastet. Und das ist meiner Erfahrung nach noch ganz schön viel: Selten hat ein anderer Mensch in unserem Umfeld so viele Urteile und Schuldzuweisungen gegen uns wie wir selbst. Das Loslassen dieser inneren Beschuldigungen und Kritiken bringt uns endlich wieder dorthin zurück, wo wir wahrhaftig in Verbindung kommen können: mit uns selbst, unserer Seele, unserer Berufung und unseren Mitmenschen.
So wird der Abend aussehen:

\* Berührende Meditation mit anschließendem Tapping zum Fühlen
und Wandeln von Scham, Schuld und anderen starken Emotionen

Since 2014, **OLIVER** has been an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, trained in New York City by 5Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth and her son Jonathan Horan. In addition to the 5Rhythms, his work is infused with a deep, decades-long practice in Gurdjieff’s sacred movements, meditation, and yoga (certified teacher with Richard Freeman). Oliver is also a musician. In innovative ways, he integrates complementary approaches and practices to enrich his 5Rhythms offerings (Somatic Experiencing, meditation / awareness practices, live music / chanting, community building, and transformative group experiences). Solstice Resonance 🍃 An Afternoon of Shamanic Ceremony, Sound & Nature
**Join us for a special gathering in nature as we tune into the energy of the Summer Solstice and the season of light.**

Surrounded by the natural world, we will take time to slow down, reconnect, and immerse ourselves in the rhythms of nature. The afternoon will include **guided shamanic drum journeys, a shared sound journey with handpan and other acoustic instruments**, and space for reflection, presence, and connection.
**Rapé** will be offered as an optional ceremonial practice **for those who wish to participate**. There is no expectation to take part, and everyone is welcome to engage in the way that feels right for them.
During the sound journey, participants are warmly invited to contribute with their voices, rattles, drums, or other simple instruments. Bringing your own rattle or drum is very welcome, but not required. **No musical experience is needed**—the focus is on creating a shared experience through listening, expression, and participation.
As we approach the longest day of the year, we gather to celebrate the season of light, deepen our connection with nature, and share an afternoon of sound, ceremony, and community.
The event is open to anyone curious about sound, ceremony, and meaningful connection in a natural setting.
**Your Hosts**
**Isabel** is a shamanic practitioner and holistic life & mindfulness coach. For many years she has been supporting people in deep healing and transformation processes. Her work combines core shamanism, drumming journeys, solution-focused conversation, NLP, hypnosis, and mindfulness practice. With her drum and voice, she creates a sound field that gently guides participants into expanded states of consciousness and inner exploration.
**Unarik (Andy)** supports people on their path toward greater awareness, connection, and authentic expression. His work is shaped by Human Design, energy work, and the sound of the handpan, creating spaces where relaxation, self-inquiry, and inner transformation can naturally unfold.
His approach is rooted in presence, intuition, and the trust that each person already carries their own inner wisdom. His intention is to support people in becoming more aware of themselves, recognizing old patterns, and reconnecting with their inner clarity and truth.

Are you burdened by a stressful relationship?
Unhealthy relationships can trigger feelings of anger, despair or self-doubt. They can create dwindling spirals of fights and seeking to make-up, or trying to “pin the blame” on someone or something. If you don’t find the RIGHT reasons, or select the correct sources of the problem, the problem can just get worse and worse.
Whether in love or personal ties, with friends or at work, our life really IS affected by the quality of our relationships. Good ones can promote pleasure and survival, while less optimum ones can lead to annoyance, anger, self-doubt, stress, or even affect our health and ability to survive well.
Whether you are suffering from a divorce, or a painful break-up, don’t know who to trust (or who to CHOOSE) as a partner, friend, boss or employee - the anxiety of relationship troubles can really make a mess of things. Maybe you’ve suffered a betrayal, or are dealing with hostility or criticalness or invalidation. Dwindling relationships can involve destructive behavior, where we hurt those we love, or start succumbing to self-destructive thoughts, attitudes or behaviors that spiral out of control and affect much more than our immediate relationship.
Past losses in love or life can affect how we act or react to new people and situations and hold us back from even starting to create new, possibly great relationships! How can one get back onto a saner course of action?

COUNT RMH Housewarmer Volunteering (Ronald McDonald House)
Some trained COUNT volunteers work together once a month at RMH (http://www.rmhc-centralohio.org/volunteer.php) as Housewarmers (usually on the 1st Sunday from 1 – 5 PM). Some schedule other shifts at their convenience. You may try this out with less fuss by following a "Fast track" or go through the normal process.
Fast track
• Arrange a time to shadow a COUNT volunteer. Call Dave Nohle at 614-268-9558 (cell).
• Show up and try it out.
• Complete application, etc. later.
Normal process
• Complete an online application (http://rmhc-centralohio.org/volunteer/).
• Attend orientation in advance.
• At orientation you will complete forms agreeing to keep family/patient info private and allowing a background check and tour the facility.
• Complete one training shift. Daily shifts are: morning 9 AM - 1 PM, afternoon 1 - 5 PM and evening 5 - 9 PM.
• Schedule shifts online using the on the RMH scheduling system (http://www.volgistics.com/ex/portal.dll/?FROM=32895).
The Ronald McDonald House (RMH) provides housing and meals for families with sick children. The Columbus RMH is the largest in the world with 137 rooms. COUNT has been volunteering there since May 2014.
Housewarmers work with RMH guests to provide a home-like environment - greet, assist with family needs, answer phones, give tours, assist with checkin/checkout, prepare guest rooms after checkout, clean facility, laundry, restock supplies and staff the front desk. RMH Housewarmers volunteer at least one four-hour shift a month. All Housewarmers must complete an application and agree to a background check before they can be full fledged volunteers.
