Puppy Yoga:
In the first 3 months of a puppies life it is very important to expose your puppies to different people, new environments, sounds and smells. Puppy yoga is a safe and fun space that aids with our puppies socialisation.
When you cuddle a puppy, it has psychological benefits, increasing the happy hormones: oxytocin and serotonin to the brain and lowering cortisol levels (the negative hormone) similar to when you embrace a new-born baby for the first time. This in turn with the yoga, will leave you feeling physically , mentally and emotional balanced and fulfillled.
For health and safety reasons an Adult must attend and supervise the child. One adult per two children tickets purchased.

Puppy Cuddles & Playtime | London 20s and 30s
**We don’t do boring Wednesdays, so on 24th June - we’re excited to be hosting the perfect activity night to brighten up your work week!**
Yep and for our next edition of midweek social fun, we’ll be heading for our latest **Puppy Therapy Night** 🐾
To kick things off, we'll be heading to a nearby pub to give you a chance to get to know your fellow 20s and 30s, before heading over to meet the pups.
If you haven’t tried this before, Puppy Therapy is a facilitated session filled with cuddles and playtime with puppies - guaranteed to lift your spirits and melt your heart ❤️
Studies show that playing with puppies can boost levels of serotonin and dopamine - whilst also great for the puppies to socialise too!
Over the evening, you’ll have plenty of chance to cuddle and play with the puppies in a safe, facilitated space - complete with toys and treats.
And so it’ll be a perfect chance to make lots of new friends - both the human and puppy kind 🐶
While puppy therapy experiences in the city can normally cost £35+ per person, we’ve scored a fantastic deal - so you can enjoy **the whole evening of puppy love for just £19.35pp!**

Saturday 27th June
Join us for a beautiful summer day exploring one of Kent’s most stunning stretches of coastline.
Our walk will take us through some of Broadstairs’ most picturesque bays, including Viking Bay, Joss Bay, Kingsgate Bay and the famous Botany Bay, known for its dramatic chalk cliffs, sea caves and rock formations.
Expect beautiful coastal views, sandy beaches, fresh sea air and plenty of opportunities to stop, chat, take photos, swim, or simply sit and enjoy the scenery.
Distance: Approximately 9–10 km
Pace: Relaxed and social with plenty of stops
Optional swim at one of the bays
Opportunities for food, coffee and refreshments along the way
Optional food and drinks afterwards in Broadstairs

A quick note:
This is not a guided hike and there is no hike leader. We’re simply a group of people getting outdoors, exploring somewhere beautiful, and enjoying good company together.
We’ll check maps together, look out for one another, and take the day at a relaxed pace. Some people are experienced hikers, some are complete beginners, and that’s absolutely fine.
