The Mental Peace lab is a weekly meditation class where you get to tune in to peaceful mental states, which is the core of Buddhist meditation. Different approaches allow to do this, which we'll explore together. The class each time consists of a guided meditation, a practical and interactive Buddhist teaching and concludes with a nice collective meditation that draws from this teaching. After this, for those who wish, tea is served and we can chat :) The class is taught in English by an experienced meditator and translated sequentially into Greek. Wearing confortable clothes is advised. Seating is on chairs or on cushions. There is a suggested donation of 5 EUR which can be paid in cash or by REVOLUT/IRIS. Hoping to welcome you !

Join us for a special day course on Saturday 20/6 with visiting meditation teacher James Longridge. In ordinary life, we tend to confuse love with desirous attachment, and as a result we often experience pain and disappointment within our so-called ‘loving’ relationships. But authentic love can never cause pain. It only ever produces happiness ! During the 4 sessions of this day course, James will take into us in the heart of the practice known as developing cherishing love. This practiced Buddhist wisdom, explained through talks and meditation, has the potential to truly liberate us from dysfunctional patterns in our relationships and bring us into deeper and deeper experiences of mental peace. We will have the kettle on and fillable single serve disposable tea bags if you would like to bring the tea leaves unbrewed and extra tea cups on hand as well.
