Join us for a fun Friday night of improv theatre in English. Play, laugh, and meet new people in Utrecht during this welcoming drop-in workshop led by Burgert Kirsten, one of Improv Utrecht’s professional trainers. Everyone is welcome. This is the Cocktail & Mocktail Crawl. We're kicking off the King's Day weekend the right way, with good drinks, great company, and a little orange. This session is about getting your writing done and meeting other writers in your area. When you show up, say hello to everyone, grab a drink, and get your writing tools ready. Once you’re all settled, take some time to chat with your fellow writers. Once everyone’s arrived, I will lead quick introductions and then set the timer for our quiet and focused writing session. We’ll walk together from the station to Gooilust (~3 km), a large park around a mansion with plenty of beautiful spots to draw. We’ll spend 2–3 hours sketching in the park, with longer, relaxed sessions (30–60 min) and time to explore different views. Afterwards, we’ll walk past a farm (you can buy fresh milk, cheese, yoghurt or kefir — bring a bit of cash if you are interested) and continue to Proeflokaal De Serre for a drink, food, and a toilet break.
