Join us in Nanny O’ Sheas on the 4th if May for a relaxed evening of unplugged music, where we share songs, laughs and a love for all things musical. Whether you're a seasoned performer or stepping out of your bedroom with your first song, this is a space to play, listen, and connect. **New to performing?**







We want to create space that is especially welcoming to first-time performers. If you're new to sharing music, know that this is a no-pressure, supportive space where beginners are encouraged and we value having fun over perfection! **How it works:** * It’s unplugged and intimate. We go around in a song circle - each person gets a turn to play one song per round. You’re welcome to sit out a round if you prefer. * Singers welcome - no instrument needed. Go acappella or ask for accompaniment. * Covers, originals, instrumentals - all styles welcome. **A few practical notes:** * RSVP is essential in order to perform. * Plus one’s are welcome RSVP only required for musicians. * Can’t make it? Please update your RSVP so someone else can join. * Respect the performers: stay quiet during songs, and use breaks between rounds to grab a drink or step out. * The venue is free so we encourage you to support the bar by grabbing a drink. * The room we will be in is semi-private - patrons may wander in and listen from the back of the room. **Tips jar on the night

Come along to get rid of the number one fear people have. Every week we have new members and people starting from scratch so you will not be alone. Everything is based around what you're comfortable with and you don't have to stand up, talk or do anything if you don't feel like it. But you will have the opportunity to speak at least 4/5 times a night. You can come along to see what we're doing and take part if you like. Details: SPACE: Four participant sewing class, plus the host, held in a comfortable, spacious living room , with double doors beside us, as we work. CLASS CONTENT: Learn to use a sewing machine (maybe bring your own along if you wish to gain confidence in using it) Make a cute cotton tote bag (or your own project) / have some fun / meet like minded new friends and learn a new skill / craft. In this group harmony singing workshop we will sing songs and chants from around the world which celebrate our connection with and belonging to the natural world. Facilitated by hearing folks (with a connection to a professional interpreter) using Deaf-created content. People of all ASL skill levels are welcome!
