Das dreitägige Seminar zum zertifizierten VSM Coach (Metaphorum) bietet eine umfassende Einführung in das Viable System Model (VSM), ein in den 1960er Jahren von Stafford Beer entwickeltes, bewährtes kybernetisches Modell zur Steuerung von Organisationen jeder Grössenordnung. Das Viable System Model bildete u.a. in den 1980er Jahren eine wesentliche Grundlage für die Entwicklung des St. Galler Management Modells durch Hans Ulrich und findet sich in Teilen auch in jüngeren Organisationsmodellen wieder. These three areas form the foundation for both realistic and stylized drawings. Measuring proportions, in particular, will help you avoid typical beginner mistakes and significantly improve your drawings. In der Abgusssammlung der Universität Zürich warten griechische und römische Skulpturen aus der Antike darauf, von dir entdeckt und gezeichnet zu werden. Ich unterstütze dich dabei, Proportionen und menschliche Anatomie wahrzunehmen, Charaktere und Posen zu erkennen sowie das Gleichgewicht und die Bewegungen der Figuren im Bild umzusetzen. Mithilfe meiner Schemen wird dir das Zeichnen von Porträts, Händen und Füßen der Figur leichter fallen. Das Spiel von Licht und Schatten hilft dir außerdem, Flächen und Formen deutlich herauszuarbeiten. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice.
