Join us for an engaging and inspiring life drawing sessions at the Toynbee Art Club in Aldgate Shoreditch, London. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a beginner looking to explore your creative side, this session welcomes all skill levels. Our friendly and talented life models will strike poses for you to sketch and paint in a nurturing and supportive environment. This is a great opportunity to refine your drawing skills, meet like-minded individuals, and immerse yourself in the world of art. Beginners are especially encouraged to attend as guidance will be provided for those that request it. Come unleash your creativity with us! Poses are 1min to 50min. All materials provided.

**Expression, mark making and physicality- join us for a day of portrait Leonardo Da Vinci style with fine artist and London Drawing tutor Dolph Van Eden!** Explore the fantastic potential of mark-making to create in depth portraits describing expressive physicality and character. We will be going into serious detail with layering to create tone and surface texture- building drawings from the inside out. There will be some anatomy and investigation of structure – all the components Da Vinci would have employed to build his drawings- plus we will be working in graphite and conte to recreate the sensitivity of his work. See if it’s true for you at noon on Sundays. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 12:00 - quick intros. 12:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 1:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 1-1:30ish. Writing is very solitary.
