Puppy yoga is a safe and fun space that aids with our puppies socialisation. When you cuddle a puppy, it has psychological benefits, increasing the happy hormones: oxytocin and serotonin to the brain and lowering cortisol levels (the negative hormone) similar to when you embrace a new-born baby for the first time. This in turn with the yoga, will leave you feeling physically , mentally and emotional balanced and fulfillled. For health and safety reasons an Adult must attend and supervise the child. I believe our reality is the product of a black hole\. If you show up after we have started playing, and no one else has taken your spot, you might still be asked to sit the first half out in order to prevent confusion. There is nothing worse for organisers than people showing up late! • As mentioned above, we don’t charge, however, if you are a regular, we do ask you to donate some money once or twice a year for the upkeep and new equipment. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
