**Combining a variety of TopRock break dance moves in the format of HIIT training, this class will be like no other you have taken! When break-dancers are showing their skills, they will often start with toprock. This is a **shuffle/cutting shapes** class for **beginner** and **intermediate** shufflers where we'll be learning a **fun and melodic choreo**. We will practice the choreo to various speed, so that both beginner and intermediate (or even advanced!) dancers have the chance to practice at their level. **What you need to bring with you:** **Shoes**: Zou can shuffle in socks, but for a better experience please bring a pair of dedicated clean athletic shoes with white soles - then you can choose how you prefer to shuffle. **Water**: because Shuffling is like an intense cardio workout :) **Fee**: 10€ (in cash or paypal **after** the event) to cover the cost of the rent.
