Jede Rede dauert zwischen 5 und 7 Minuten und ist Teil eines individuellen Lernwegs. ### ☕ Pause Zeit zum Austausch, Durchatmen und Kennenlernen. ### ⚡ Stegreifreden (1–2 Minuten) Hier wird es spontan. Ein Impuls, eine Frage, ein Gedanke.
