Free flat-fix classes!! On the last Tuesday of each month, we host fix-a-flat classes! Bring your bike with you if you'd like to learn by using your own bike. We will cover basic flat fixes with an inner tube. We may be able to answer a few questions about tubeless, but the focus will be flat fixes for inner tubes.

We typically start with mindful movement and a guided meditation, followed by some group discussion and a talk about meditation and how it can help us life more kind, peaceful and happy lives. This is a single person event for an in-person quantum healing session in Alexandria, VA.
