Los pensamientos son una forma de energía que tienen carga eléctrica. Cuando pensamos mucho nuestro cerebro se sobrecarga, lo que hace que éste se encuentre en una frecuencia de ondas Beta. Este tipo de frecuencia nos bloquea, dificulta enormemente la relajación y eleva el nivel de estrés con los problemas que todo esto conlleva. Access Bars es una técnica de aplicación manual que consigue, mediante unos suaves toques en ciertos puntos específicos de la cabeza, que las ondas cerebrales cambien, pasando de ondas Beta (estado de vigilia) a ondas Theta o Delta (estados de relajación profunda). ¿Pero es sólo eso Access Bars? Access Bars es un proceso que activa 32 barras energéticas situadas en la cabeza. Access Bars no borra ese tipo de información, llamémosla objetiva, sino que, por ejemplo, hará desaparecer puntos de vista, percepciones como “los hombres son malos” o “hay que sufrir para conseguir lo que se quiere” seas consciente de ellas o no. Estas ideas asentadas en tu mente están limitando tu capacidad de recibir mucho más de esta vida. ¿Y qué se siente después de que esas barras sean activadas en una sesión de Access Bars? El primer síntoma suele ser una relajación profunda como casi nunca antes se ha experimentado. Muchas personas se duermen durante la sesión, otras entran en un estado de entresueño, en el que parecen dormidas pero están conscientes. En este estado de la mente, el inconsciente comienza a soltar y eliminar la basura acumulada durante años de forma suave y placentera. The topic for March is "Our Bodies, Ourselves" Speak Easy: true stories, told live. The idea is simple: an audience, an open microphone, and great stories. Hilarious, gripping, poignant- it's up to you. Audiences are invited to come to listen or come to tell as folks from all corners of Columbus offer their stories live on stage! Held at Wild Goose Creative's warm, intimate space, this night of tales occurs on the 3rd Thursday of every month. Doors open at 6:30 pm, show starts at 7:00 pm. Please arrive early if you want to tell, as we generally only have room for a limited number of tellers, and the sign-up sheet has a tendency to fill up fast. Formed around the idea that people need stories--they're what hold and draw us together--SpeakEasy celebrates the strangeness and commonness of being human. And in a world of smartphones, Facebook, Twitter, and more . . . it gives people a real, breathing, in-person way to connect. Join us for an hour of writing! We’ve discovered that it’s strikingly helpful to write with other writers. See if it’s true for you at 7:00pm on Wednesday, March 25 at Streetlight Guild. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. **SCHEDULE:** 6:45ish - Quick introductions 7:00 - Timer starts: write for 1 hour 8:00 - The End **OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING** happens before and after the writing hour. Writing is very solitary. Connecting (and sometimes even commiserating) with other writers is a cool thing. **BEING LATE IS OKAY:** just show up and get settled!
