Ciorcal ComhrĂĄ sa chlub, beginners welcome!
Dear fellow Gaeilgeoiri,
Cead mile failte / a warm welcome to this group of Irish language lovers and enthusiasts. Hope you will enjoy everything it has to offer and feel free to suggest new events, and, why not step in as an event organizer?
What this group is not:
- A group limited to those with perfect proficiency in the language, where any single word of English is banned, and where you will get corrected for every sĂ©imhiĂș that, God forbid, you might be forgetting
What this group is:
- A forum of Gaeilge enthusiasts willing to share their interest and love of the language. We all started learning a language, including our own, from scratch at some point in our lives. Absolute beginners are welcome and should not feel intimidated. Near perfect and native Irish speakers are also welcome to share their vast knowledge of the language. Hopefully this will create a thriving community of lovers of the language at any level.

Celebrate Brigid Enchantment through the Voice
Come to sing in community to celebrate Irelandâs saint/goddess Brigid and the Celtic festival of Imbolc, the midpoint between the winter solstice and spring equinox. Letâs gather to sing uplifting songs, shake off the cobwebs, enliven ourselves and celebrate the innate healing powers and wisdom of women and of the Earth. Singing together will help us welcome the return of the warmth to the land and the fire in our bellies associated with Imbolc.
Adults of all ages and abilities are welcome. You donât need any singing or voice-work experience, and no one will be asked to sing solo. This is a relaxed, friendly and safe space, and participants frequently report leaving feeling recharged, grounded, and uplifted.

Spa for Your Soul: A Sacred Pause for Renewal and Wholeness
Join us at **Unity of Columbus** for *Spa for Your Soul*, a restorative and inspiring workshop designed to nourish your spirit, awaken your inner wisdom, and reconnect you with the sacred rhythm of life.
Drawing from the rich spiritual insights of **Matthew Fox** and the timeless theological wisdom of **Thomas Aquinas**, this workshop invites participants into a deeper experience of spirituality rooted in compassion, creativity, and divine presence. Together, we will explore spirituality not as something distant or abstract, but as a lived, embodied experienceâone that honors joy, justice, beauty, and the inherent goodness of creation.
Through guided reflection, gentle spiritual practices, discussion, and contemplative moments, *Spa for Your Soul* offers a sacred space to release stress, renew clarity, and remember the divine spark within. This is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and tend lovingly to your soulâmuch like a spa experience, but for your inner life.
Whether you are seeking spiritual refreshment, deeper understanding, or simply a peaceful space to be present, this workshop welcomes you exactly as you are.
**Come, rest, reflect, and renewâyour soul deserves it.**
