We are happy to extend our invitation to one and all to join the Luxembourg Shivyog Forum events every Sunday from 9.00 am to 11.15 am. Shivyog Forum is a platform of positive and like-minded people, interested in spiritual growth, self-healing and self-awareness. Every week, through virtual videos, Avdhoot Baba Shivanand ji blesses and shares the Divine sacred secrets and knowledge through discourses, guided sacred meditations, chanting of Mantras and Bhajans for overall life transformation. This helps the Forum members to progress in their spiritual journey, in establishing deeper connection with one’s inner being, in ability to forgive and love others, in improved emotional and physical health, mental peace, healthy relationship leading to the awakening and purification of the body mind and soul. That body belongs to Istvan, and his world is a place in which he is a passive participant, unable to speak his mind or articulate his desires.» I bought the book immediately and was struck by how intensely I could resonate with it. Let’s see if it resonates with any of you, too!

This week, we’ll explore something subtle but powerful — the ability to step back and observe. To notice what’s happening, without immediately reacting. To see ourselves, our thoughts, and situations from a bit more distance. What changes when we do that? Does it create more space, more clarity? This is not about doing it “right” — just a space to reflect, share, or listen. Dear All, Let's celebrate Europe on the European Day! Experience Europe has a special event with guided tours etc. AND Food Trucks! So same procedure as last year ! We will be early hoping it will be less busy in the morning and learn more about Europe. Afterwards, we will sample check the quality of the food trucks. For those who have yet to visit the Experience Europe: It is quite well made. There are some "rabbit holes" where you start reading and loose sense of time. My first visit lasted 2h and ended with my stomach reminding me of lunchtime. In subsequent classes we will verify and hone our talents with activities and discussion. These are hands-on workshops and participation is expected.
