Nach vielen guten Gesprächen in unseren wöchentlichen Werkbankgesprächen wollen wir diesmal bewusst disruptieren und uns in entspannter Runde persönlich treffen. Statt Bildschirm und Zoom-Link gibt es dieses Mal einen Stammtisch im Biergarten: locker, offen und ohne feste Agenda. Im Mittelpunkt stehen der persönliche Austausch, das Wiedersehen abseits des Online-Formats und gute Gespräche mit Menschen aus der Community. Eingeladen sind alle, die schon länger dabei sind, genauso wie Menschen, die unsere Meetup-Reihe einfach einmal in Präsenz kennenlernen möchten. Ihr müsst nichts vorbereiten und es gibt keinen inhaltlichen Input-Block – kommt einfach vorbei, bestellt euch etwas und setzt euch dazu. Dabei habe ich entdeckt, dass ich oft einen vermeidenen Beziehungsstil habe - ich weiche lieber aus, trenne mich oder spreche Probleme nicht an, weil ich wahrscheinlich in meiner Kindheit aus unterschiedlichen Ereignissen gelernt habe... dass bringt eh nichts, ich kann anderen nicht vertrauen, das macht man nicht, meine Bedürfnisse sind nicht wichtig, usw. In der Auseinandersetzung mit den Beziehungs- / Bindungstypen habe ich bemerkt, wie gut es mit tut, mit anderen mich darüber auszutauschen. Weil: * Ich bin nicht allein. * Ich lernen die Gefühle anderer kennen * Ich entwickle ein gutes Gefühl für die anderen Beziehungsstile (nicht nur meinen) * Ich löse das Thema für mich Schritt für Schritt - und werde immer sicher in meinen Bindungen & Beziehungen. Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Customer identity resolution becomes increasingly complex as organizations scale across multiple systems, regions, and data formats. Traditional rule-based approaches often fail to keep up with data variability, require constant manual tuning, and struggle with real-time processing needs. This session presents a practical approach to building a scalable identity resolution pipeline using AWS services and modern AI techniques. The architecture combines data ingestion through Amazon S3 and AWS Glue, transformation pipelines using Spark on EMR, and machine learning models deployed via SageMaker for entity matching and standardization. Graph-based relationship modeling is implemented using Amazon Neptune to improve resolution accuracy by incorporating household and shared attribute context. We will walk through how machine learning models can be used for name and address normalization, how intelligent blocking strategies improve matching efficiency, and how feedback loops can be introduced to continuously improve accuracy.
