We'll do a full-body strength workout followed by 1â2 fun games. Bring your training shoes and some water.

**For everyone:** All levels welcome. The 4 main exercises are scaled to your level â beginners get easier variations, experienced lifters get challenged. The program is built around progressive overload to help you reach your goals effectively â whether that's weight loss, muscle gain, injury prevention, or just getting stronger.
The games change every session â think "people playing in a gym" rather than "sports league". No skill needed, fun is what matters.

I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg
Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich.
Designed to strengthen, release and stretch muscle tensions, conditioning your body by increasing your range of motion and flexibility as well as overcoming back pain; improving your posture and circulation so you can exercise more efficiently, whilst keeping your body injury free. The class is structured as a workout & stretch combination. Open to all levels.
You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session.
There's a small cost to cover the venue and facilities - CHF 40.-

I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg

The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results.
A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels.

Wir, Peter und Patrick, sind zwei Physiotherapeuten mit einer Leidenschaft fĂźr Sport und Bewegung. Bei unserem **Gruppenfitness Training** trainierst du gemeinsam mit anderen, das motiviert, macht SpaĂ und hilft, dranzubleiben.
Wir kombinieren Kraft, Ausdauer, Beweglichkeit und funktionelle Ăbungen, passend fĂźr alle Fitnesslevels.
**Wichtig:** Bitte kommt in bequemer Sportkleidung. Wer nicht direkt auf dem Boden trainieren mĂśchte, bringt gerne eine Matte mit.
Du kannst an einem kostenlosen Probetraining teilnehmen.

We, Peter and Patrick, are two physiotherapists with a passion for sports and movement. In our **group fitness sessions**, you train together with others! itâs motivating, fun, and helps you stay consistent.
We combine strength, endurance, mobility, and functional exercises, suitable for all fitness levels.
**Important:** Please wear comfortable sports clothing. If you prefer not to train directly on the ground, feel free to bring a mat.
You can join a free trial session.
After that, you have the option to choose a training package:

ZH3 Hash # 1729: As yet unnamed (Social Running/Walking/Drinking)
Hare (someone to set the route) is Just Beggin' For It. Come join us!
**Where**:
See location. Typically within Zurich Zone 10. Look for English speakers wearing running gear.
**When:**
We'll meet at 6:50 pm to start at 7:00 pm.
There's a charge of CHF 5 for participating, which covers all you can drink beer/cider (and non-alcoholic alternatives) plus snacks afterwards.
**All Welcome:**
If you are new, curious, and want to get out of the house, stretch your legs, talk shit, enjoy a drink, and hopefully a laugh, then here's what you need to know:
⢠We are a social running/walking group, physical fitness is not required, but a sense of humour is useful.
⢠The aim is to find the '*Beer Stop*' at the end of the '*trail*' and have fun.
⢠'True Trail' is typically 4-7 km. Some will go less (especially those walking or walk/running), and some over-achieving fast runners will go further.
⢠The '*Hare*', which changes each event (along with location), cleverly lays the trail (typically with flour marks) so that everyone reaches the end at the same time.
⢠There is always a place to deposit your bag and sometimes a place to change.
⢠**After Trail**, we group for \~20-40 minutes for drinks, snacks, and some fun. This '*Circle*' is typically outside, so leave something warm in your bag in winter (and bring a flashlight when it's dark). If you don't want to stand around drinking afterwards, you can head home. We occasionally all go to a restaurant afterwards.
**Why bother leaving your warm & dry sofa?**
If you enjoy getting outside, being around people, and doing something a bit different, you will probably enjoy hashing. Exercise is important, and this is probably the least boring way to get it.
'Hashing' and the idea of some physical activity to work up a thirst, have been around for almost 90 years and there are groups (*Hashes*) in most major cities. Its humor and 'traditions' can be explored on the internet - **or you can just come along and find out.** *See you there.*
We are of many nationalities, all ages, full of misfits and idiots (at least there is no one taking themselves seriously!) and always welcome newbies 'Virgin Hashers' and visitors from other groups.

Afro Workout Dance Fitness Class
Hi there! Iâm happy you have come across **Afro Dance Fitness classes**!
Are you interested in group fitness (all levels) or dancing, Afrodance and Working out in a group of likeminded women to Afrobeats music, then this is for you!
Afro Workout is an Afrodance inspired Dance Fitness Class in ZĂźrich that combines dynamic dance moves and intensive Workout to Afrobeats.
Similiar to Zumba but to Afro music including dance movement, fitness and sculpt.
Afro is all about Good Vibes! Expressing a joy of living, to be confident and feel good in your body.
Classes take place **every Wednesday from 18:00-19:00** in ZĂźrich.
There is also a class on Monday at 19.00 in ZĂźrich Altstetten.
For all levels! You donât have to be a dancer or a fitness geek. Party, Dance and sweat with us to Afrobeats!

We run about 7km and adjust the speed depending on the runners who join us.
For us, running isnât just about fitness and competition, itâs about community and connection. We believe that nobody should have to run alone, and that by running together, we can push each other to be stronger and more resilient.

The track is around 5K one way, has just under 200m elevation and can be run â go and back â in a little bit over an hour... at least that's how long it takes me.
I will only go, if it is not raining.

Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi ladies. We will meet in front of the Nature Center and head to the two Observation decks. We will then hike Hickory Ridge, Ripple Rock, Overlook and Sugarbush trails to get approximately four miles total distance. We will walk approximately a 18 minute mile pace. Please wear appropriate hiking shoes.
Three Creeks Metro Park
We'll get in around 4 miles at Three Creeks Metro Parks, primarily natural trails. 17-18 minute miles, no one left behind, and faster walkers are free to lead out.
Optional lunch after!
If you're joining for hiking all the metro parks, this is the sixth one!
Blendon Woods Metro Park
Hi Ladies , Let's Hike Blendon Woods Metro Park .
We will meet at the nature center parking lot.
Hiking about 4 miles completing the blendon woods loop and the sugarbush trail .
