Calling all competitive spirits! Join us for an adrenaline-pumping day of **dragon boating** designed for team players who thrive on challenge and camaraderie. Paddle with the German Dragons
Want to check out what dragonboat paddling is all about?
Whether you are seasoned paddler or a newcomer, we welcome you to try out dragon boating with the German Dragons and end off the session with **ICE COLD BEER**!
All paddling equipments and life vests are provided!
**WHAT to bring:**

Most people in Singapore haven’t tried beach tennis yet — and honestly, that’s part of the appeal.
It’s fast-paced like tennis, social like volleyball, and played barefoot on sand. You don’t need prior experience, and the learning curve is surprisingly quick.
Beach tennis is big in Brazil, and it’s now starting to pick up in Singapore. Sessions are run by Pacific Beach Tennis Academy, which is Singapore's first dedicated beach tennis academy.
If you’re looking to:
– try a new sport without pressure
– meet people in a more relaxed setting
– or just switch things up from your usual workouts

INVIGORATE & REFRESH YOURSELF WITH A TRAIL RUN IN THE FOREST/PARK
**WHO SHOULD ATTEND?**
This group is ideal for anyone who’s new to trail running in the forest. Whether you prefer a slow, moderate, or fast pace, you're welcome to join — we each run at our own speed, with no pressure to keep up with others.

**WHAT TO EXPECT ?**
Our participants range in age from 29 to 65, and everyone has a different level of fitness. That's why we encourage everyone to run at a pace that suits them — **we do not pace one another**.
Each run typically lasts **30 to 40 minutes**, depending on individual fitness levels. We usually have around **9 to 12 runners** per session.
After the run, we often gather for a quick drink or casual dinner — a nice way to wind down and socialize.

This is a community for hikers, trekkers, mountaineers and outdoor enthusiasts looking to build real-world capability.
Our sessions focus on mountain conditioning, strength, endurance, loaded movement, hiking fitness and preparation for the demands of the outdoors.
Whether you are preparing for your first hike, a multi-day trek, a high-altitude expedition, or simply want to become stronger and more capable, you are welcome here.
This is not a bodybuilding group.
This is not a bootcamp.
We believe fitness should have a purpose. The goal is not just to look fit, but to become capable, adaptable and prepared for challenges both on and off the mountain.
