Join us for an evening meditation hike. This is part of a series of unique walking programs focused on methods to tap into your own quiet space. Learn to unwind from your day and listen to the sounds of nature, silence, and your inner wisdom as we take a peaceful walk through the park. Learn a simple yet powerful way to meditate and commune with nature to invigorate your mind, body, and spirit. Each session consists of: * A Pre-walk "Intro to Meditation" to prepare you for the walk with suggested mediation techniques to use (from 6:30-6:45PM) * Walking in silence along the paths (approximately two miles from 6:45 – 8:15PM, with a brief break) * A Post-walk reflection to journal and time for sharing (from 8:15 – 8:30PM) Cost is $10 This is a rain or shine event. Come hang out, meet new people, and play some social kickball with us! The host will bring the ball, and the bases are already on site - just bring: **Water** **Shirts** \- 2 Shirts \(1 random color and 2 white color\) **Good vibes** and a sense of **fun** All skill levels welcome. Whether you're competitive or just here for laughs, you'll fit right in. We will play 2 games, each lasting 30 minutes. We will take 10 min to make teams(random) and explain the rules. Please only sign up if you are going for sure. Attendance is really important. Having recent no-shows will get you out of this event. See you on the field!

**Weather permitting**, we’ll take a casual ride from Pickerington Ponds (Glacier Knoll) to Three Creeks and back. Distance is **18–25 miles**, depending on where we turn around and whether we add a side loop. Pace is around **12 mph**, but this is a fun, no‑drop ride — we can slow down as needed.
