AI Builders Co-work + The Stage: Demo Day S2
AI Builders Co-work + The Stage: Demo Day S2
**Friday is our open co-working day.** People come to work on their own projects, take breaks together, and usually stay through the afternoon. It’s quiet, focused, and builder- and founder-led. You can arrive anytime from 10AM. Most people show up after lunch and settle in before 1.30pm. Bring your laptop. Grab any open seat. Stay as long as you like. At 1.30pm, we pause work briefly for a shared session called The Stage, then everyone goes back to working. This is how Fridays here work. **The Stage @ 1.30PM** This week is Demo Day. Everyone gets 5 minutes to share what they're building. If you're new, this is your chance to show what you're working on now. If you've presented before, come back and show how the project has changed since the last time. The point isn't polish. It's progress. Show the work as it is, share what's changed, and let the room see the build happening in real time. Sign up to demo here: [https://sq-collective.notion.site/303aae2f95ae8041827fcb04fb85c420?pvs=105](https://sq-collective.notion.site/303aae2f95ae8041827fcb04fb85c420?pvs=105) **Demo Day Lineup** * **Tanmay** \- Final Round: The iOS app that helps you crack interviews with meaningful feedback * **Stephan Terhorst** \- The Cognitive Exoskeleton: Designed to enhance both an individual's capability and capacity * **Zhu Liang** \- Lemonade: AI agent for building Roblox games * **Lukas Voss** \- eomer: Automatically generates business forecasts for demand\, revenue\, supply chains\, and operations using Tabular Foundation Models * Jeremy Soo - Topic TBC * Farhad - Topic TBC * Others - TBC After the session, we go back to work.

The intention of this trip is to do a good half day hike, and then have a good meal and back to Singapore. Do note there is only 1 transport, and there might be R&R elements post hike! **Background** Bukit Payung whole trail can take around 4-6h, depending on the speed. It also acts as a good starting hike for beginners or first-timers, and often used as a training hike for those who are bored of the other hikes in the region. It is not technically difficult, but require some amount of walking. It is comparatively easier than Angsi. **{Leisure Hike Series}** The leisure hike series is one which focuses on hikes that are shorter, does not require one to take an overnight transport, has more time for food and other activities. The hike is not necessarily easy. It is important to be open-minded and sporting enough to embrace challenges! There are mosquitoes and leeches at times =) **[Hike Information]** We will aim to do all the peaks. The hike takes a total of 4-6hs. Fast ones can take even less time. It can be muddy at times, however, nothing too steep or too difficult! This hike can be an eye-opener for beginners and will be tiring if you are not used to walking for hours! The various summits have nice scenery and photo opportunities, especially on the rocks/boulders. Just be careful when taking photos! It can be quite exposed so get sunblock or a hat! To confirm, do RSVP and send me a whatsapp message! A Whatsapp group/info-session will be set up. A minimum of 12 pax is needed for this trip to go ahead. A: No shower facilities at the start and end point. Bring wet wipes, and we'll head to a R&R area for shower. How fit do I have to be? I am afraid of being the slowest/burden to the group. A: You would need basic endurance and be open-minded, embrace the challenge of using your hands if needed! What happens if it rains! A: We would continue if its light and go slowly, or wait it out most likely as tropical showers do not last long.

Systema Regular Group Class (Adults & Teens, All Levels)
Systema Regular Group Class (Adults & Teens, All Levels)
**For ages 13 and above.** Systema is a Russian Martial Art founded by the late Colonel Mikhail Ryabko and Vladimir Vasiliev. Systema was designed to develop individuals in a combative style which upholds the intrinsic value of all human life. This is why it is non-destructive – even of one’s enemies. Through the use of simple exercises, breathing techniques and massage work, Systema helps you to build a strong mind and body. Here is what you can expect: **Warm ups** Class begins with warming up each of the systems of the body – from the breathing, muscular and nervous system, each component needs to be properly engaged. **Thematic studies** Fetching from a huge pool of drills and sometimes even crafting specialized ones, our instructors format a logical progression of the concept being shared. Depending on the ability of the class, the drills are modified to be at the optimal level for learning, with suitable modifications given to students based on their individual performance. **Application of concepts** After the thematic studies, some time is given for the students to apply the training – the intensity is decided upon by the students under the supervision of the instructor. At times, the instructor will request for the students to push themselves, while at other times they are there to taper in the sparring to a productive level. **Cool downs** The cooldowns are usually done in a way both the help the class recover from the higher intensity application section as well as to revisit the concepts again in a calmer manner. This helps to ensure everyone is reminded of the key points. Sometimes we do a little massage. **Training circles** At the end of every training session, we circle up to share a few words about the training. This tradition was handed to us from our founders and is an integral part of our training. ### **Address** Lor 23 Geylang, #03-05 37, Singapore 388371 ### **Schedule** Saturdays 10AM - 12PM ### **Booking Information** * Please contact **98225900** to find out how to book this class. * The instructor will reach out to you once you've booked the class.

**For ages 13 and above.** We recommend a comfortable t-shirt and track pants or long pants. Please ensure your attire does not have sharp edges as these might cause unintended injuries to others and yourself. We also recommend you to wear clothes that you can afford to get ruined as there are many contact drills where they could get pulled or warped. We do not have shower facilities at the gym although there is a changing room and toilet at both locations. You can bring a set of spare clothes to change into after class with a towel or wet tissue to clean yourself if you wish. From Web Forms to Web Components - Burton Smith
**Important time note:** Please plan on arriving between 5:30 and 6:00 as the elevators lock after 6 and you'll need to message us and we'll need to come get you. The building address is 4450 Bridge Park The entrance is 6620 Mooney St, Suite 400 **Abstract** Web Forms gave .NET developers a powerful abstraction for building reusable UI controls long before design systems were a thing. Web Components finally bring that same idea to the browser natively. This session explores how the Web Forms mindset translates into Custom Elements, Shadow DOM, and HTML templates. We’ll examine how Web Components enable design systems that work across frameworks, how they differ from server‑driven controls, and why they’re becoming a foundational layer for modern UI. Whether you’re maintaining legacy apps or building greenfield projects, you’ll leave with a practical understanding of how to apply familiar patterns in a modern, standards‑based way. **YouTube Link** TBA
