**For ages 13 and above.** Muay Thai is a striking based martial art and sport. Also known as “The Art of Eight Limbs”, it is characterised by the combined use of the fists, elbows, knees and shins. It is an ancient martial art of Thailand known for its tremendous power. You naturally drift into conversation with 2-3 people at a time, pulled by topics that spark your curiosity.
